Could have given more of an insight of the local restaurants- not chains. More information on your other locations and amenities it has (was in need of a spa would have been happy to go to the hotel one) I thought I had booked a room over looking the water, felt a little misled when it was a view if u stood at the angle at the end of the bed. The door lock is a little wonky as well

Felt mislead about the room. We got room 11 and it was as on the parking lot across from a public bathroom. I booked a room with a courtyard view and a patio. Every room had one except room 11 :(

There was a smell of moisture in the room. Also the pillows were very flat. Not a dealbreaker, but we wished there had been a small table or something to take our meals in the room.

My room (11) was in front of the public toilet and the hallway was too narrow for people to walk through. I wish they just did not put a toilet in front of that room or keep the door close so my view is not the open public toilet when I walk out from my room.

Good location. Literally in front of the beach! Love the beach chairs we can use all day. Staff for booking were very helpful!

Firealarm went off in the middle of the night so we had to change the room. Water was dripping from the ventilator and it did not work. The TV remote in the second room was not working.

Very beautiful beach! they provide free deck chairs until sunset and there are free beach towels in the room.

They do not put water in the rooms and not enough glasses and portions of coffee. That is the minimum that the room should have: a bottle of water for each guest and at least to prepare 2 cups of coffee. that seemed disastrous to me

Our original room was small and in the corner. The staff accommodated our request to upgrade for a modest fee. We stayed at the resort during the off season so it wasn’t as busy at the beach.

Room was small for price husband banged his knee on a/c unit alot getting in and out of bed. Not alot of amenities it had a coffee pot and a mini fridge no table to eat at had to eat in the floor or on bed.Says ocean front view but only if you had a tall step ladder to see over tall bushes

The hotel apparently leased out the restaurant space and we were not informed that breakfast was available (for additional cost) on property so we checked out and went elsewhere.

The hotel (Mainland) was our choice because of late check-in, nightly bridge construction, and limited time to stay. We drove to the beachfront location but there was no office to check in there and working only online was not efficient.

Artificial Grass area near hammock has very strong dog pee odor. For an area that is used to sit and lay in the hammock to watch the sunset or eat a snack is not acceptable. Maybe a specific area used for dogs further away on the property?

The location of the building was affected by the Bridge that let you access to the Nokomis Key. It was under maintenance Monday to Sunday from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. We had to cancel Uber orders or sightseeing plans because of this.

The location for the room is perfect, just a few steps and you are on a wonderful and private beach, just for you and your partner.

Easy to locate, beachfront, sunset from your bed, clean, modern, minimal rooms with quiet, beautiful setting. Great restaurant less than a mile away (didn’t walk due to crossing the draw bridge) Will definitely revisit!
