Bare minimum in terms of equipment, unstable bunk beds, no hand towels in the restroom. There was also no power socket for each bed like in most other hostels.

You should consider getting sa microwave for late night when the other area is closed.

Jose was very nice, attentive. Conversational. Pleasant. In fact all the staff was Pleasant. Didn't mind getting me ice when I asked for it.

Too much latin influence(music playing too often in Spanish,there was a football match playing on TV in Spanish), we are in the US and everybody is not hispanic. Made me feel at some point uncomfortable.

The location is great, the place is clean and well-maintained. Staff very nice and helpful.

Good comforts for an hostel. Air conditioning working well, bathroom and shower are inside the bedroom and they are quite well furnished. Breakfast is ok but not included. Good position, close to buses station shopping Washington Street or Lincoln road

The location is good, being less than 10 minutes away from the beach. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Be sure to request a room designated for your gender, as most hostels in Europe are segregated by sex. I ended up in a shared room, which was acceptable. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. when you climb to the upper bed, the whole bed shakes and moves a lot, feels unstable. On the upper bed there is no outlet to charge your phone, no small shelf or anything to put your stuff... was inconvenient.

Very uncoordinated staff. At the beginning they told me I can leave the luggage there, and next day there was different person and wanted to charge me extra money for leaving the luggage. Apparently there was no possibility to contact the boss. At the end I had to leave my luggage somewhere else, as they wanted to charge a lot for it.

I didn't like that they have no refrigerators, and you can't bring food in rooms, and they have no full-on site full restaurant. I ended up wasting a lot of food because I could not save for later! Come on food portions are big in tourist areas like Miami, and expensive!!

I liked that this Hostel matched the vibe of Miami Beach. from the Dance music and Latin music, they played from the drinks! The staff was amazing very friendly and engaging with guest. Breakfast on site for $6 with 4 di choices to choose from. They have special theme nights like Karaoke and Happy Hour daily.

Great location, in the middle of SoBe with easy access to public transport. Helpful staff, good facilities. Breakfast for $6 had good options. Nice that the rooms had separate shower and toilet within them. Daily wristbands for extra layer of security within the hostel

There is no kitchen/ stove/ fridge available. Also, I missed more public areas, like TV room or kitchen. In my room, the shower was not too cold, but also the water was not warm.

I did not eat breakfast there, but I know they have this option for purchase. The room, bed sheet, towel were clean. The cleaning lady cleans the room everyday. The location is perfect , near to restaurants, drug store, bus stop, clothes store etc.

Dirty and underperforming AC. Room was very warm despite AC being on around the clock. Poor sound insulation.
