A bit of a worn out facility. Pool and hot tub out of commission, no real common areas. More like a motel. Priced very aggressively.

The view was amazing! My parents were at Enchantment and we all preferred my balcony and view. I was upgraded to a suite and loved my fireplace and lay ing in bed looking at all the rocks. The water bottles were such a nice bonus and loved having snacks and coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was super nice and you can't beat the location of being right in town too.

Their central location in the heart of Sedona is unbeatable. Everything you'd need to do for a nice evening out is 100% walkable. Then the view...the view from our room was amazing.

Our room had a very uncomfortable bed. Both my husband and I had a hard time sleeping because of this and the upstair/outdoor noise.

The property has amazing views and it’s also close to a lot of different restaurants and bars. Our room had a gas fireplace and it made the whole stay a lot more cozy and relaxing.

The facility needs to be upgraded and more upscale for the price. They need to update. The location is what they have going for them. They are located in the heart of uptown Sedona.

The refillable water bottles and water machine and the coffee machine in the lobby were nice. Excellent balconies and dog friendly! The views of Oak Creek and the Sedona mountain views are beautiful. The uptown Sedona location is fabulous. The parking, shopping & food make the location top.

A day office clerk was a bit disrespectful. Since I had to walk my dogs in the early morning - I just threw a coat over my PJs. After the walk, I went by the office to collect a cup of coffee. The office clerk apparently thought I was a "street person" and questioned if "she could help me" & treated me questionably (that was a 1st for me!). She didn't really apologize when she learned of her error but explained why she responded to me in this fashion. After my stay I called the regular Day Manager (knowing he was returning from his vacation) & he was fantastic, clearly an excellent manager & very professional. I was very pleased & it made a huge difference in final opinion

I brought my 2 dogs with me & although they said "pet friendly" - upon arrival it was said $35/dog/night. The regular day manager solved this issue for me & I was very pleased w/ his care & responsiveness.

The lock from the inside of our door (room 113) was very difficult to open.

Ease of check-in and check-out. Receptionists were very kind and accommodating. View was mesmerizing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The television remote control was confusing to me. Took a while to figure it out. Maybe a remote guide?

Staff was great - Georgia was friendly and checking in was a breeze. The amenities were very good. The room was really clean and spacious. Extra large bottles of water. Plenty of coffee pods. (And more for the asking.) Nice Large coffee cups. Best of all the views were amazing! And there was a balcony accessed by sliding glass doors (with chairs and a small table). Waking to see a blanket of snow - while tucked in a nice cozy room - was a treat. Restaurant just across the parking lot has good food ~And if you want breakfast (full menu) delivered to your room - it is available. Bathroom was small but perfectly fine. The outer area across from double sinks hosted a small refrigerator and small microwave ~ just right for a short stay. Would definitely return.
