The room view was fantastic and dog friendly suites were excellent. Dog had her own patio grass area to go to the restroom and just roam around and come back into the room. So just like home.

Price for value = terrible. Front desk is clueless. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to have delivered to room for wife’s birthday. They never showed up but were charged for them.

The property was deceiving compared to the photos. Location and views were only positive.

Can not fault this property! We loved everything!

Absolutely LOVED our stay. We wish we booked longer than 1 night. Kat at the Front Desk was absolutely beautiful and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fire place and an extra pull out bed for our daughter. She was so friendly and accomodating to us. Our room was so spacious and had the most stunning view. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette. Not long after we checked in housekeeping came around gave us a small bag of cookies and asked if we needed anything which I thought was so lovely. Free parking and Wifi was fabulous. Upon checkout in the morning I noticed coffee, fruit and muffin bars in the lobby for a quick to go breakfast which I thought was such a kind gesture. Absolutely love this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again! Walking distance of less than 2 mins to the Main Street of Sedona which is the most beautiful little town.

I had a very creepy call from staff at 10 pm accusing me of not paying a restaurant bill and singling out my parents saying they did not speak english, felt like discrimination. while this staff member apologized for is idiotic mistake as we paid and have proof. management did NOTHING to make up for this horrible experience that made me feel unsafe - the restaurant did not have my room number yet I was called and questioned if I had dined there if I was with two people if it has been late at night etc. i had high hopes for the hotel the staff i called to book was very nice , the views are amazing and pillows were great. it was freezing and heat took a while to work and their shower and toilets are BLA toilet is for children it is so low and shower sprays almost vertically . I expected someone to do something about the experience I had the night I arrived. never went back to restaurant either due to it being gross but most of all feeling unsafe

Housekeeping is on request only. Never any issue with having this occur when requested which was good however it is on the slow side - requested housekeeping when leaving for the day at 7am and on return at 2pm it still was not done. This was early-midweek, so outside of the assumed weekend check in/check out cleaning needs.

I got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. The location is absolutely great - right in the middle of uptown and close by to everything. Hotel has a lot of nice little personal touches and good customer service.

The check-in clerk at night was a little strange. No smile, slow, didn't seem "all there". He even almost forgot to give me my debit card back and forgot he even had it in the first place even though it was RIGHT in front of him. Very strange check-in experience. Then we notice there is no elevator up to the second floor so now we have to lug all of our luggage (my 2 daughters and myself....if you can imagine.....). Get into the room and quickly realize the room was made for either a dwarf or a handicapped person. Which is odd, because if handicapped, how did they get upstairs? Things that make you go hmmmmm.....??? No, but really, the toilet was SO LOW to the floor that I was practically squatting. Made that "Morning do" quite difficult. The sinks were equally low and I'm only an average 5'7 so it's not like I'm tall. I couldn't IMAGINE being a man and staying in that room LOL!!! The beds DEFINITELY needed some work. Lumpy and bouncy. NOT comfortable at all. Nice pillows though!

We will start with the "likes" first. First off, I SUPER loved and enjoyed the views and location. Holy cows batman! It was GORGEOUS and perfect :) I also LOVED the fact they gave you 2 canteens and even offered filtered water to fill them (and any other bottles you have) in the office. They also offered free coffee in the lounge areas as well, which was nice.

The quality of the room is akin to a Holiday inn or moderate quality motel. The noise from people walking on the second level is insane and you will hear every foot step. If they're up late or up early, you will be up late and up early too. The floors were dirty and need a deep cleaning. The shower is an old acrylic shower. The pillows have zero support and I woke up with neck pain multiple times (bring your own pillow if you're going to stay here). They put two metal water canisters in your room with a card saying they're a gift for staying there. On check-out, you'll see "amenities" fee added to your booking fee along with amenities tax that refer to these free "gifts" that I didn't want. You'll probably pay $100 a night more than you were expecting to pay based on your booking.com quote when you book the place and checkout and receive the final bill. My friend booked a room here and they "accidentally" added an extra night. It was over $1200 for two night which is what I would pay to stay at the Ritz in most major cities for a much better room and experience.

The property is in a good location. The restaurant across from it is very good. The view from the back of the property is good.

I think it definitely delivers for the price in that area.

The property was perfect for a short casual Sedona getaway. Convenient location. Right in the heart of the town with many shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The staff was super nice and they offered a continental breakfast with unlimited supply of snacks and water in the lobby. There’s also a good Mexican restaurant as part of the hotel premises. The room was comfortable and had everything we need, with an incredible view from the balcony. It was just right for our little family getaway!

Add on fees !! "amenity fee " of $20 a day They also charged us a "booking.com fee" of $51.29, 62.41 and 70.75 which i will be disputing with Booking.com. Rooms are well worn with carpeting that is dingy and smells damp. Bathroom toilet was loud This hotel is not worth over $300.00/day I don't care how pretty your Red Rock Mountains are, With all the fees (hidden) we spent $1500.00 for a 3 night stay in a old well worn smelly hotel.

View was beautiful from balcony directly across from "snoopy mtn" Fireplace was an added bonus. Coffee and snack available Free parking
