Overnight parking was so expensive but I guess that’s normal in Waikiki.

Location was the best to get around Waikiki. Facilities were nice but nothing luxurious. Room was clean but needs some update. Comfy beds and pillows.

At the start I was disappointed in my hotel choice but as we stayed here the staff, amenities and service won me over. It’s the little details that I’m impressed with. Such as the housekeeper greeting me and surprising me by knowing my name. The pool staff being so positive, light hearted and sharing that sun screen is provided-that was amazing. In addition, the hotel provides filtered water stations and a water bottle to use. The bathroom at the pool was so clean. Then the staff attending everyone at the pool with a positive attitude and remembering me from the day before. Finally, the front desk being so receptive when I asked for a later checkout. Would I stay here again- yes.

everything was great, location, staff, room, facilities. we stayed twice during our trip, both times got excellent rooms with nice views. staff was great and very helpful. we ate at the on site restaurants and they were great. we used the on site abc store and that was super nice to have.

everything was great. located directly on the beach, just off the main waikiki drag, convenient to dining and shopping options. room was great, very clean and very comfortable. staff was great, very friendly and helpful, made everything about our stay easy and nice. nice restaurants on site, so you can choose the one that best fits your budget. abc on site too. overall great place with great location and great staff.

Should have adult swim times for pool. quite taken over by kids. Monkeypod restaurant was way overpriced. would have been nice to have options for room service foods

I would have liked to be able to hear the water on the beach, but the sounds of both the equipment (air conditioning) and nightly music drowned it out unless you were actually on the beach.

It is a large facility, with multiple areas to enjoy it in different scenarios. In addition to the comfortable room and balcony, we enjoyed the on-site dining options, nightly Hawaiian music, beach access, cultural center, concierge services, connections for renting cars and enjoying whale watching, multiple covered and open-air sitting areas, and easy connection to taxis. It is also an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and Waikiki beach.

The only thing I didn’t like about our room was we didn’t have a bathtub and that would have been nice for what we paid for I feel like.

What a great property! Close to everything in Waikiki and had a Starbucks on site. The pool bar served good food, cocktails, and had live Hawaiian music every night. Very clean facility
