I liked everything about this property.

The property was beautifully landscaped. The room was comfortable and spotless. The property had everything, a pool, a beach, a lovely sitting area with Adirondack chairs, and free coffee and amazing homebaked scones each morning. The owner Peg, the baker Kerry and the rest of the staff were wonderful.

Rooms get a bit stuffy and hot so it would be great to be able to open the windows and have some protection against insects :)

The location and amenities were wonderful!:) we had a great time kayaking and the enjoying the nature. The staff is very friendly and also gives a lot of recommendations. We really enjoyed the stay and exploring the area. The resort beach is very cute and comfortable and the hot drinks and scones in the morning are also a lovely treat!

Everything! The grounds are well kept. The cottages are very clean. Kayaks and other water equipment are well maintained and clean. The fresh scones and coffee in the morning are a bonus. We will definitely stay here again!!

Upon first glance you may be concerned that you’re over paying for an older property & somewhat out of the way. True, some “rooms” are more simple than others, but again you can choose to upgrade for additional costs.

We enjoyed the tropical style & serene setting of a private garden area. You are able to walk around & feel like you’re in another Caribbean setting. The beach area by the water was pretty for day time relaxing & watching the sunset at night. The housing was very well kept, clean & comfortable. We did not hear noise from others while inside at all.

The room could us a single brew coffee maker. Decor was a bit dated, which isn't a big deal to a lot of people--but an update could take it to the next level. However, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Very beautiful and serene property. Good water access. We stayed in.a cottage and it was really wonderfully located. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. They had all kinds of water activity equptment you could use. The sunsets were beautiful! Very clean!

Great resort and great location! From the minute you check in they do a great job at “making you feel like part of the family.” Very welcoming and friendly. Resort is peaceful and amenities are excellent from paddle sports to the pool. The scones…. Are AMAZING! Breakfast is an absolute treat with the fresh made scones! You cannot possibly have just one, you must try them all!! Rooms are great, property is great! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved everything!

Quaint cottage with a patio table. Had rental equipment, such as kayaks and snorkeling equipment to use for free. Family board games you could check out as well. In the morning, they had a food truck with fresh baked scones and coffee or hot chocolate! Absolutely delicious! The whole property was quaint, beautifully landscaped and quiet. We will definitely stay there again if visiting the keys. The only downfall is, we only had one day there.
