Well…. If you tilt your head to the left you won’t hit your head on the TV as you walk around the bed. It’s a small place, but can’t beat the location.

The room was so small and there was enough room for the beds. No chairs? I hit my ankle several times because there was not enough room. We really thought there would be some coffee.

I like the staff. And it was very clean.

the bathroom wasn't clean, as I expected. There were dirty towels, and for the next day, the cleaning people were rushing, I guess, because someone opened the door, I had to scream, "Hello they need to make sure before opening the door thank you

I didn't know what to expect but I sure wasn't thinking Motel 8 level accommodations. Poor, apart from the location.

Cleanliness, hygiene, bathroom was awful. Walkways and passage was dirty. Walls had dirt all over. Shower and toilet had mould

The creaky squeaky bed were the worst thing about the hotel. Please change those mattresses. Get rid of king size beds and use that space to place a comfortable chair in the room instead. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket 3 times and everytime we were told its coming which never did. Be prepared there will no coffee maker or fridge in the room but the location of the hotel makes up for that.

The location of the property s everything! Its the best anyone can ask for. However didn't realize how noisy it can get so near the Times Square. Bathroom were nice and clean, hot water readily available.

The room was very small, could hardly turn around in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t comfy, heat seemed to blow cool the entire time even while set on 80 degrees. There wasn’t a thick quilt or comforter on the bed. The bathroom had a moldy smell.

Location was great. Easy access to Times Square, shopping, attractions and food.

First night - no heating, hot water or access to room safe. Had to change rooms next morning. Curtains wouldn’t open (and in poor condition anyway). Bed just ok. Bathroom / shower very old. Lift VERY slow. Spoke to other guests who had same issues as me. When hearing did work. Was very noisey.

Location is amazing. If that’s what matters, then this place is perfect.

The room had a lot of upkeep needed. Mold/mildew in the shower and grout, dents and patches in the walls, extremely loud closing doors/thin doors that don’t drown out noise.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was great, and the lobby was nice.

The bed frame was made of metal and there are cracking sound when sleeping on the bed which can be abit annoying. There was a closet but clothes cannot be hang as there was a shelf placed in the middle and too short for clothes especially pants and coats to be hang. The lift was too small and at times have to wait abit.

The location was beside broadway and easily accessible to the area and very close by to the pit stop by big bus and top view. Room was clean.

Staff was great. Location was awesome. There was no breakfast. We were first given a tiny room and then moved to a great room that was twice the size.

The room was very tight for space. The bed was cheap, and creaked easily. No tea or coffee making facilities. Bathroom was adequate, no more.

Very well located in the heart of Broadway, next to Times Square. Very pleasant cleaners in the hotel.
