The bed was a little hard. Very springy, but the surface was hard so after the second night, I had a backache. Plus the water pressure was low.

It is very close to all the attractions. Very quiet, loved the fact that is gated. The pool was enjoyable, maybe could have been just a little warmer, but was nice. Loved how easy it was to get all our tickets on site, with no hassle.

Had a little issue with an inappropriate male desk clerk; but it was handled by management. Didn't ruin our trip...was just poor judgment on the young man's part. We appreciated management's rapid response and concern. Was also a learning experience for the young man. (He was very nice; other than the one incident).

Size of condo. Very spacious; 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms. Granddaughter's room was completely separated from our room. Everyone had plenty of privacy; but still lots of 'together time' in the living room. There's typically a lot of noise heard between condos. This one was especially quiet. We enjoyed that very much. We could 'hear' neighbors, but not like we do in other buildings.

The jets in the tub do not work and the shower canisters did not have soap or shampoo. All of these things were advertised on the website.

We were surprised at how easily we could hear the people in the next room. They were quite loud in our unit, even though they were talking in a normal voice.

TV's are rather small for the areas so would suggest updating TV's. This last one is kind of petty I'll admit but for a place to portray such a luxury stay I don't think you could get worse toilet paper. I find this pretty much at every resort I stay at so I would not discount your rating because of such a small thing but it would be nice if someone took a step toward luxury in the bare necessaries as well. For this reason I normally travel with my own supply.

Spacious and included a kitchenette with a small stove and dishwasher in addition to a microwave and fridge. Also included a washer and dryer.

Location. Getting to the main highways was a challenge at times due to traffic.

The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a screened porch which was nice but too cool to use this time of year.

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The location was close to restaurants and the strip so we didn’t have to drive far for food or activities. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub right outside.
