We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only issue we had was since we faced the pool, we were woken up at 7am each day by landscaping and/or pool maintenance.
Room was a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and it was quite large. Nice sitting area with dining and kitchen. I did like the screened porch as well. Coffeemaker in the room was great, as were the other kitchen amenities. No issues with loud room neighbors.

United StatesMy toddler could easily open the deadbolt on the condo door, so that made it really hard to relax. Could use a chain lock for families with little kids.
Great location. My family enjoyed the pools. They were clean and open late. The condo was clean and cozy. And the balcony was a must for us, so that was great!

United StatesThe springs in the mattress kept poking me all night long. An alarm went off in our room at 2:30 am. I called the front desk but no one was there. I had to go through a bunch of prompts to try to get to anyone and was just told by the automated system it was outside of regular business hours and to leave a message. The alarm finally went off after 10 minutes and we were able to go back to bed.
It was very clean and well kept. The pool had later hours so we could run around during the day and relax in the pool and hot tub before bed. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.
