we enjoyed our stay and how clean the condo was. we enjoyed the location and found it very easy to find anything we might want to eat within walking distance.

We loved everything. On the list of things to do it asks if you need the air turned up or down to contact the owners due to humidity messing up the AC. I am a diabetic so my body doesn’t cool down like normal, so I need the air a bit cooler especially when I sleep. I emailed Suzi and she accommodated that, at the same time every night the air went down lower. The elevators were super fast and we never had to wait longer than 10 seconds , we took our 1 year old so this was important lol. This is on the 11th floor, the view was amazing! The kitchen has everything we needed. The owners keep beach supplies there so it really saved space with luggage during the drive. It’s roomy with tons of space. I will be staying here again!

Trivial but The shower curtain was too long and heavy. Every shower was a struggle to keep it off the drain.

A little dated and not as clean as we’d like. We don’t know if it was cleaning staff or previous visitors, but we found long dark hairs in the toaster and on the floor.

Location was perfect. Several places in walking distance to eat so we didn’t always have to get the car.

The elevators are an absolute nightmare situation. You park in the parking garage, walk to an elevator. Get off that elevator to get into another elevator. Then you get off that elevator to get onto another elevator to eventually get into the room! The wait time for the 3rd elevator you have to take, took an average of 15-20 minutes before you could obtain access. Spoke with the elevator repair man, who was on scene during our stay repairing an elevator, who advised they’re still trying to sync the elevators together so the process of where they go is off resulting in the elevators to go to floors that weren’t needed there. And our stay INSIDE the condo was absolutely perfect, but every single morning while trying to sit on the balcony to drink coffee and watch the ocean the odor of someone smoking marijuana was over bearing.. Then in the evening, even into the late night hours with hopes whomever was smoking the marijuana would go to sleep, it was still overbearing. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had small children with us and we wouldn’t let them outside because it was so awful. And it made for a very nauseous evening and morning, therefore the balcony was not used at all. Which is absolutely unfortunate considering the beautiful view. I could not tell which unit it was coming from, but I know it was very strong and other people, while on the elevator’s, were also voicing their frustrations with this issue. From someone who is in Law Enforcement wanting to take a vacation with their family including small children, this just really put a major damper on the vacation. We tried our best to keep the balcony door closed as much as possible because the odor was coming into the condo and it was atrocious. Dr

The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything was perfectly organized and easy to access. The view from the balcony is top notch looking over the beach towards the Gulf of Mexico. The pools were clean and were perfect for the kids!
