The pictures were slightly deceiving regarding the pool- we thought it was more enclosed to provide a fun place for kids in case the weather was not ideal at the beach and it’s definitely not. We wouldn’t consider the pool water to be heated- it was frigid. Not complete deal breakers for us as the kids had lots of fun regardless, but just thought I’d share our thoughts! In regards to our unit- we also have rental properties of our own, and I would recommend high touch points to be cleaned better including around cabinet pulls in the kitchen and a fresh coat of paint could help hide imperfections on the walls/trim. Also add foam/felt covers on dining chairs so they don’t disrupt nearby rooms when moving chairs. Consider a living room chair that’s easy to clean and doesn’t look like it’s seen better days 😂 (wicker chair) Add a pillow top or consider replacing the secondary bedroom mattress- it was very hard and uncomfortable. In the master, the mattress protector was hanging down and looked like it needed to be cleaned/washed. There were brown stains all over it.

Proximity to the beach! Sky bridge and elevators always smelled and looked clean!! In regards to our unit- master bed was very comfortable! Loved being able to crack open the sliding door at night and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The property was spacious and we loved how we could spread out comfortably in the unit. Great view of the ocean. Convenient to get to our room!

We really don't have any complaints.

We liked everthing about our stay at Splash Resort apt. 402W. The apt. was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for anything we cooked (i.e...pots pans cooking utensils dishes), and ther was a washer/dryer. My granddaughters (4yrs & 11yrs old) had a blast at the splash pad and the beach.

You can't control thermostat on ac. And the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling properly. We had ice Cream in freezer that melted.

It was very well stocked with everything you need. The view was awesome. Beds were very comfortable.

The balcony doors were hard to open. The second bedroom bed was not very comfortable. But the master room bed was very comfortable.

The amenities were awesome. The pools, splash pad, and the lazy river were all nice to have right there. The pool side bar food was delicious, somewhat overpriced but good! Beach was right there, easy access. The room was nice. Clean. Beautiful large balcony. All in all great place to stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Nice walkway from the parking lot to the resort that was air conditioned.

The sink in the kitchen was not functioning properly, but we informed the host, and he promptly helped us.

The location was excellent, right next to the beach. The balcony offered an amazing view. Everything was so clean and nice. The host was really helpful and friendly.

Queen size bed could use a memory foam topper as the bed was very hard. Hot tub was always full of kids so made it hard for us as adults to enjoy the hot tub.

Room lay out was perfect for 2 couples. Right on the beach. Very clean and well equipped.

The code on door was turned off an hour before check out. Didn’t know prices for chair or ski rental. The elevators took forever.
