Junior suite was in a wonderful location...very roomy and had lovely patio space with chairs outside of the room with a bay and beach view.

not a lot of food option on location. menu was limited and every place serve the same food item. adult pool did not have options like the main pool. so if you wanted that cocktail or food you had to go to main pool where all the kids were. ground of the location could be better more up to date

Three very minor nitpicks: the towels were a bit worn down / low quality relative to the quality of the rest of the room; the parking lot design of parking over a small square (instead of within the lines of a space) was annoying; the doors weren’t particularly soundproof, so I was awoken one of the mornings by our neighbors exiting their room.

Had a lovely time at the resort. The room was great and we enjoyed the spa services.

The only issue we had was we asked for our complete bedding to be changed due to it getting soiled. When we returned to the room I found that the bedding had not changed. The room was cleaned up and the bed made so I know that they saw where it was soiled

Everything was great. We liked that everything was close by and we didn't have to travel far for the attractions. Our bongaloo was amazing and the access to the water for our grand daughter to play in and we could watch her was relaxing.

Everything was so expensive! Breakfast for 3 people was $55. A soda at the pool was $6. You need to bring wood or buy wood at the gift shop to have a bonfire. That wasn't mentioned on the website.

Everything was disposable - actually disgusted at the amount of disposable cutlery and cups that were used. Also during our stay only the one restaurant was open (barefoot) and the food wasn't the best, good portions but low quality. There was almost none vegan options, the staff where amazing at doing their best to cater on the spot but there was only one on the menu.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. Location was stunning, so beautiful and so much nature around. So many fun facilities and things to do on the island.

The first room smelled of smoke, and my son is very sensitive to smoke.

We were moved to a bungalow right on Sail Bay. The first room we were given had a very heavy smell of smoke, and there were no windows to open.
