The kitchen was outdated and in need of renovation. The cookware was worn out, with peeling nonstick coating, making it unusable. Additionally, the corridor had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Dishwasher is in total need of replacement. Internet was intermittent - sometimes great, sometimes quite problematic. For a short term stay, kitchen is o.k., but lacks the needs for a longer term one.

The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom does not work properly. When the jets were turned on, dirt and debris came out ruining the bubble bath. The TV's upstairs were not smart TV's and thus very snowy. Wifi did not meet expectations.

It was very close to Sea World which was the reason for our visit to Florida. The townhouse villa was aesthetically pleasing, clean and well stocked.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable king bed. Excellent service - I needed a light bulb changed and a couple more hangers and both requests were completed within about 15 minutes! Plenty of bath and kitchen towels and ice. Mini mart well stocked for short term visitors with reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again.

The icing on the cake would have been to have a renovated suite. But we did have an excellent time.and would come again in an instant.

The pool needs better upkeep and possibly updating and maintenance. I was looking forward to swimming but I abandoned that plan after seeing the dirty water.

It was a little dirty, there was a gap on the front door that critters could have come through, we found a live cockroach on the wall when we came in, there weren’t enough bowls (only 5 and one was cracked), no seasonings (not even salt and pepper), beds were a bit hard, and the apartment felt cramped.

Loved the location to the sea world parks. Loved our porch view. Loved the price. Since we really were only eating and sleeping there it was fine.

We love the area. We were close to all, the parks, the shopping malls. It was clean, the facility had everything we needed. Housekeeping maintained our rooms every day clean.

This property is great value. I got a two-bedroom three bed apartment at a very reasonable price considering that all the hotels in the area were between $300 to $600 a night. I attended a trade show at the Orange county convention center 2 and 1/2 miles away and while I had to pay for an Uber $15, it was still a very good value. With all the meal delivery services, it was nice to order in and sit in front of a TV and eat my dinner. There were two TVs in the room and although I was alone if I was with somebody it would have been nice if I wanted to watch a different program
