Given the condo is a private property, the front desk of Westgate Resorts can’t help with any problems inside the room. We had a problem with the shower (which in the end we solved) but no one answered at the phone number provided in the room for emergencies. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues but the support was deficient.

The location of Westgate Resorts next to the gondola is great. The ski valet gave us our skis each morning next to the gondola, where we dropped them back at the end of the day. Service was great. The shuttle service was also another highlight.

Loved the resorts amenities, the ski valet and location to the mountain (canyon side) made skiing super easy. The on demand shuttle service to park city and deer valley was also easy. Because I booked through booking.com I didn’t have access to housekeeping and had to wash our own towels. The room was small for 4 people, which made it a bit inconvenient. For example, when the foldout dining room table was open, we couldn’t fully open the refrigerator and when you’re eating with the table open is exactly when it would be nice to open the refrigerator. I think a bigger unit would probably be better. This was the studio. The resort was so nice and location so great we didn’t need to spend much time in the room. The shuttle service is amazing. If we knew how good it was, I wouldn’t have rented a car. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants were pricey but very good. Pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. Ping pong tables were a lot of fun. Overall, I would definitely stay here again but preferably in a bigger unit if I planned on using the kitchen.

This was a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location — a beautiful place! The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including bathrobes, slippers, and even a steam hammam in the shower. The bed was fresh and comfortable. The apartment is quite small, but very cozy and fully equipped. The hotel also provides space for ski equipment and has a ski valet, which is super convenient. There are several saunas and pools in the hotel where you can relax after a day on the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of coming back next year. Highly recommend!

It's a big connected complex!

Beautiful facility and a great location for skiing. Places for families and adults, so great for both.

I guess my complaint would be with the room. The tiles were so cold. Also the coffee was an issue, I would have preferred a Keurig, easier to use, the pot wasn't very good. And there was a puddle everytime you used the shower. The door didn't close properly.

Condo was great, comfortable and clean. One note for the owners, the bathtub leaked from the bottom. We couldn't use it. The steam shower was amazing!!

Outdated. Several aspects of the room were old or not functioning properly. For example, the room divider door wouldn't close completely, the toilet flush system was barely working, and the kitchen was poorly equipped.
