We would’ve liked room service options, and the ability to order wine without having to order food. But we understand every state law is different.

Afternoon cookies and hot chocolate, breakfast included and shuttle to Main Street and the resorts. One of our drivers was spectacular, I think his name is Alan (worked on Friday/Saturday day time). He had great recommendations and helped us get around town!

Breakfast was included in the stay, and with fresh fruit baskets. Infused ice water, and water and ice machines available through the hotel, towels at pool and gym, cozy indoor and outdoor fires- just lots of nice details and kind staff. We felt so comfortable here!

No ice machine and the water dispenser was warm and tasted bad. Wish the lobby fireside area was larger

Location is so perfect and scenic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool thought it could get crowded in certain hours. It’s just as pictured. LOVED the restaurant and the free breakfast! Such a great price for what is included

Jacuzzi closed too early for a vacation destination.

This was our second year staying at Park City Peaks in December. Once again, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the exceptional customer service stood out. The staff was not only welcoming and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. The amenities are truly impressive, especially for the price. The steam room, hot tub, and sauna were highlights of our stay—spotlessly clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. After a long day, these facilities were the perfect way to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping everything organized and pristine. The entire property reflects a standard of cleanliness and order that’s hard to find even in higher-priced establishments. Whether you’re in your room, the lobby, or the wellness areas, everything is thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The shuttle service to Park City Mountain is top tier. It made our days stress free and comfortable. For the value, it’s honestly a steal. You get the comfort, luxury, and service of a much more expensive hotel at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or even just a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was okay, but not high quality. The sausage, bread and juice could use an upgrade. Perhaps fruit or waffles offered would be nice.

Nice lobby with fireplace and comfortable chairs. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Great hot tubs inside and out. Short drive to center of Park City. I loved the mod vibe of this hotel.

I absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor pool as well as both the hot tubs. There is also a sauna and a steam room. All very clean. I rented the room for my birthday and it was absolutely awesome! I will definitely go back.

Dog barking in room a few doors down while left unattended for a couple of hours. Not much sound proofing from the corridor or ceiling.

Nice big rooms, water dispenser with lime and cookies in lobby, comfy beds and good shower. The attached restaurant had good food. Enjoyed breakfast as well.
