Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe sink and shower drains remained clogged for the entirety of my stay, which was disgusting to say the least. Other than that, the location was great and the unit was fairly clean.

United StatesThe fridge was leaking water, the master bedroom blinds were broken, as was a window screen. The hallway light globe was broken, the hall toilet ran constantly, the laundry room doors were off the track, we couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. The queen bed in the second bedroom had a broken bed frame that was being held up with a citronella candle tin. Also, it was advertised as having a pool, hot tub and fireplace. There was a note saying don’t use the fireplace and the pool/hot tub was closed. We contacted Vacasa and was told someone would contact us and come over to fix things. Never heard back.
It was conveniently located

United States•The keyless door entry keypad was dead. There was a physical key in a lock box available on the doorframe but the real issue was that the condo was completely open and unlocked when I arrived – this is pretty scary as a woman. •Half of the main closet door was broken off its hinges and stuffed haphazardly into the closet. •The dryer door no longer latches and the velcro no longer sticks. It still runs with the door open but wow – what a look. •There was dried food on everything I tried to use when cooking (bowl, spatula, fork). The pots and pans were so old looking they might actually be harmful to your health (especially with the scratches all over them.) •The hallway bathroom toilet continuously runs/threatens to break on you. The sink is clogged and slow to drain. •The primary bedroom bed has a waffle-like mattress topper that was horrible. The fitted sheet was so scratchy and pilled, it's unbelievable the owners won't spring for at the very least a new sheet set for this place. •The patio is disgusting – there was dried gum on the floor to top it all off. Overall, I would not pin this on Vacasa but rather the property owners. It's obvious they do not want to spend literally a dime maintaining this place. Who needs ambiance when you can just take all the art off the walls, leave the nails, and paint over them? Vacasa needs to have a serious sit-down conversation with the owner to discuss making improvements to the place otherwise it deserves to be de-platformed. It's unbelievable I paid $1.5K for 3 nights to stay in what amounts to a run down motel. I never write reviews but I think it's important to help educate potential guests on what they are getting themselves into with this particular condo unit. Park Pointe was a great location though so I'd recommend looking at different units available and stay far away from this one.
•The air conditioning worked well. •Excellent location – we were able to walk to Don Morse park and grocery stores. There was a nice long walking route for our dog alongside the road. •We felt safe sleeping at Park Pointe.

United StatesThe property says that it has a sofa bed yet it was broken and unusable even confirmed the same when maintenance came to look at it. We had to purchase our own air mattress for the 6 of us to fit.

United StatesThe lock box containing the door key was difficult to open. The dishwasher didn’t work because the sprayer arms were not in place.
The food we bought at the grocery store was great. Food was not provided at the condo. The refrigerator was great as were the other appliances. The furniture and beds were lovely and comfortable.
