Shower head was terrible. I understand water saving but these were extreme. No water flow, took forever to rinse soap off self. For this price point I would expect better. The have bath tubs which is a larger waste than a better running shower head. This was our only complaint. Property was absolutely perfect otherwise.

Absolutely stunning property, well maintained . Beautiful pool and food/bar area. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful managing property. ie. unloading baggage and getting us situated in our room. Greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne . Enjoyed the heated pool very much every evening after a long day. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

Just a little bit more variety for the restaurant/bar and table service for all the pools.

Nice food and drinks, very lovely location, 4 pools, great bar/restaurant in the first pool and nice staff.

The booking email stated that the parking was $18 plus tax. When I arrived, I was told it was $30 plus tax. Then they charged me $23. Also, the resort fee had gone to $51 but my booking email showed $48.

Didn’t know that they don’t clean your room unless you ask. By the end of our stay we found baby roaches due to food in the trash.

Bathrooms Need refreshing/ updating .. bathtubs need refinishing, shower was dingy. Not enough provided blankets. Staff was ok, not overtly helpful or friendly.

Secluded feeling .. required Vallet was actually easy to use. Breakfast at the hotel was decent and efficient. Pools were so warm and comfortable.

It costs more than a hotel on the Amalfi coast. For what it offers and where it is, there is no value quotient to the cost you pay for the stay. Valet at $31 was a joke to what was essentially a regular parking lot.

There wasn’t any cleaning services during our stay. Nobody switched out our towels or took old towels the entire stay. Also, the shower leaks onto the floorboards leaving a small flood every time you shower.

Breakfast and meals at hotel were very nice and the staff was so pleasant. Food at hotel was slightly expensive ($18 for a smoothie). The pool area was so nice, made you feel like you were in a very tropical area.

Check in was a little unorganized. Paid for three rooms only had key to two but quickly resolved.

We had a small problem with some bugs that the staff addressed immediately. That’s what happens in warm weather.

The suites were great for us as we were traveling with another couple. The four pools were also fantastic as you had options of where to be and we were always able to find a spot. Staff came around regularly for drinks or snacks. The shuttle to the beach and Duvall was very convenient and helpful.

There was nothing not to like.

It’s a beautiful hotel with four pools and even though the pools are next to each other it doesn’t seem like they are. Each one has trees shrubs and other plants around them so it seems secluded.

Only outdoor eating? Would have been nice to get inside on Monday February 24 during the monsoons.

My only negative is the distance from downtown but we knew going in. They have a shuttle to transport you & rent a variety of other things.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was well maintained with a very tropical feel. Our room had a balcony on each side of unit. Perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The restaurant always seems to be out of items. One morning there was no toast, no potatoes and no bacon. There should be drink service and some way to cool off (showers)on the beach area. We were kept awake each night by a very loud noisy air conditioner

It's incredibly expensive for what it is. The "resort fee", valet and taxes added a good 100 per night. The shuttle is limited spaces and times but it's too far to walk to town.

Very clean and comfortable. Good quality extras such as the shower gel, shampoo etc. Liked the deck to sit outside the room.

Next time, maybe a room facing the water?

4 pools - so found one we liked. Wasn't sure initially about the valet parking - but loved it. Excellent valet staff.

Common areas could use a little updating. Distance to town too far to walk.

Rooms were well done and updated. Sandy area was very nice. Service excellent. Pools convenient, not crowded. Meals were nice.
