Sunset view, pools, palms, suits, welcome drinks - everything is just amazing! The staff is welcoming and helping. We came to Key West to get married and they made our staying unforgettable!

A bit away from downtown key west which we thought was nice. Calm. Reasonable prices in restaurant and bar. Clean and spacious rooms.

It looks like an ocean front property by the pictures, but it is not. It's waterfront, but there is no access to the water. The only option for parking is paid valet parking, but it is the only option available, you can't park elsewhere near the hotel. Would've been nice to be informed beforehand

Great installations, a lot of trees, you don't feel like you are close to the main boulevard, really feels like a little Oasis Staff was extremely professionnal Shuttle services to the beach and to the Key West prime areas were a nice plus! Included beach chairs and towels are a nice plus!

The staff were great, they were all very friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms were clean and if we needed additional items, it was a phone call away. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff and service at the bar and restaurant were great and we highly recommend the bloody mary and pink shrimp. It was a wonderful stay!

There were no robes which were in the pics and description. The breakfast was also disappointing. We tried to look it up in advance. They serve a muffin, croissant, bland yogurt and fruit. That’s it. It was fine but we were anticipating a hot breakfast.

Paying for parking, paying a resort fee and the location wasn't ideal as it was pretty far from downtown.

The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The music at the swimming pools should be for the ambiance only; subtitle and background music. Instead, the music loudness is comparable to that in bars, especially louder when sitting near the speaker right behind the lounging chairs.

Rooms smell very musty. I know it’s the climate, I think they need to treat this on a regular basis. Especially if you want to charge the amount they do.

We enjoyed our amazing breakfast every morning and how wonderful all the staff are. We used two of the pools and they were perfect except a little cool one day. The size of the rooms is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The whole hotel was a small secluded bit of paradise. The staff were amazing and the rooms were incredible and very clean, and modern. The pools were secluded and amenities were spot on. Sun cream available near the pool. Can't recommend it enough.

The loudness of the selfclosing doors, looks like the weather stripping was missing from room 49A. The gutter above the patio leaked all over the patio

We felt the pools - so beautiful-should have been filtered better - kept skimmed for debris.

Well appointed beautiful amenities … the rooms were clean the beds were comfortable the accommodations were adequate with one glaring exception- a three bedroom villa should have a table with at least 4 chairs. Our group was unable to play games or share a pizza together.

literally nothing that i did not like in this stunning resort

It was amazing all around - the 4 pools, the bar and the facilitieswere just amazing! The suite (one bedroom) with 2 patio balconies was the best experience I ever had in Key West !! Clean, gorgeous, huge ! Best of the best !
