The resort feel was great. Location was good. Nice that it was close to a Walgreens and Winn-Dixie. Property was well maintained.

It says beachfront, but it actually has no beach access which was totally disappointing. Had a small dock with no access to the water either. Parking is a pain. They have a valet, but told us it’s easier for us to park ourselves to get to our room( which was ok with us), but if you take part in any activities that get you back late to the hotel , you had to wait on an attendant to go get keys and move cars around to open a handicap space. Only other thing was the pools could be cleaner. Had a lot of oil ( from lotions etc) and leaves from overhanging trees.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great. We also liked the pools and thought it was great we could rent jet skis without leaving the property.

The rooms are spacious and they have adult only pool which was a plus!!! But what made the experience was the staff!!! I love how accommodating they are. At the first night our A/C was down so they had to move us to a different room but they were very kind enough to compensate for the inconvenience with the A/C. Daniel was really kind too.

The property was amazing! I would 100% stay there again the next time I come to visit! It’s pretty and the vibe is relaxing!

Exceptional hotel and in a great location for a family.

Unfortunately the hotel is located in a busy/built up retail area of Key West. We were allocated room 7A which is right next to the Main highway road N Roosevelt. This was our holiday and we didn’t want to sit outside listening to all of the traffic. We asked for a different room away from the road and this request was declined. We were offered upgraded rooms which were a lot more expensive but had no choice so had to pay this. The hotel would not give us anything complimentary. Very disappointed. The complimentary hotel bus service to Smathers beach is not worth taking because the beach is awful and loads of construction in process.

Really nice Hotel, the setting was particularly nice.

The pool water was a little bit hot than usual, and chlorine levels was high, eyes were burning.

The costumer service, from the check in and even before that Vanessa from the reservation made us feel so special by getting the best room and room type.

The shuttle service was a little bit of a let down. Last ride/pick-up at 430pm when check in is at 4 seems like a waste, and parking in Key West is expensive. So, the $24 valet + having to drive in and park in town was a bummer. We were looking forward to this amenity but weren't able to make use of it.

You can’t walk to downtown, but they do offer a free shuttle.

It is sad that the food is not good. The place is so nice, they could really do something nice. Also because it is not easy to find something nice to eat in Key West in general. Food is something they should work on and people would definitely eat there all the time! We had a pizza that looked frozen and a very very spicy ceviche that was not because it was shrimps. Another point is that the beach is not very pretty.

The place is magical, pools are very nice. It is like an oasis of peace. There are shuttle to go to the beach and to the center of Key West, they are making it very easy to move without having to take your own car. People working there are very nice.

Mandatory valet parking. It seemed silly and inconvenient to pay for someone to park our car in the lot right next to the building. The resort fee was also not clearly depicted when using booking.com
