We didn't find anything we didn't like we would recommend dish washing soap since we used a dish and coffee cup we were gonna wash since we used. We hated to leave the dirty dish and cup. They may have in other rooms but place 32 we were in didn't have dish soap. Other than that it was perfect nice place to stay. We will for sure highly recommend. We will for sure be back

The room was very spacious and had a small area to sit out front. We had a complimentary bottle of wine which we enjoyed sitting outside our room. The pool was a bonus after an easy walk into town for numerous bars and restaurants.

The mattress was rather uncomfortable (RM 19). Not sure what you could do about this, but someone’s car alarm went off 6 times between 1:40am and 6:00. Perhaps a fee if it happens more than once or twice? Every time my husband and I were just ready to go back to sleep, the alarm would go off again. It was perhaps the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. My numerical review does not take that into consideration because it was beyond your control. Thank you for the complimentary wine and water.

Bed was uncomfortable & in wrong place for watching tv & the air conditioner. IT WAS HOT at night even ceiling fan wasn’t over the bed. Wrong layout of room. Someone played loud music off & on all night. It sounded like a party then it would stop for a while then start up again. Will not be back.

Clean and convenient place to stay. Close to town, restaurants and attractions. Car port to park under. Hot tub was down and the pool did not look that great. Some small items need attention such as sticky door lock, loose sink handles, running toliet. Staff was neither friendly or rude. Just didn’t seem happy to be there.

We stayed there last year & loved it! Same type “cabin” room with kitchen. Thus one had smaller living room, smaller kitchen & very few “kitchen accessories”. And sadly no bottle of wine this year. 😢Won’t stay there next year on our anniversary !

The bathrooms were extremely small and the beds were unbelievably uncomfortable. My husband and I did not get a good nights sleep AT ALL. Also our neighbors upstairs were extremely loud. So because we could not sleep, we got to hear all conversations and loudness from our upstair neighbors. Will not stay again which is sad as we stayed here when we married 26 years ago.

Was within walking distance to main road. The lady who checked us in was very helpful even though they were short staffed. Very quaint inn.

The breakfast was horrible. Old stale bagels, muffins and cereal boxes that had been opened and reclosed many times. The tv didn’t work and they really didn’t care. Room smelled musty and old. Booked two nights stayed one and left.

Staff at the reception area wasn't really friendly. Breakfast selection was limited (we decided not to eat it, and rather go to local coffee shops). Bedsheets, shower curtain and towels (good thing we had our own, we used the hotel's ones to stop on them) were stained. Toiletries were small and cheap (went to HEB nearby to get our own too).

It was an okay hotel for a short stay, but don't think we will choose it again when we visit Fredericksburg. Not sure if it was due to it being during low season, but it was quiet and we were able to enjoy a peaceful night sleep.
