Did not realize there wasn't an office and drove around the facility for a bit before we found our room. Maybe there was a text or email about that I missed.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation for a great price. 2 separate bedrooms so you still have privacy and the ability to go to bed at different times. Allowed us an early start at Yellowstone without paying the crazy prices closer to the entrance. Restaurants nearby.

Super cute room! Bed was comfortable- shower was extra large ( no hair dryer) and had a great heater! The decor was wonderful- very western but not tacky.

Even though Email and text communication was good, and perhaps more efficient, I prefer the personal touch of having someone on the property.

The room was really nice, better than I expected! The furnishings were nice, the towels and sheets were very good quality, the shower was excellent. Communication about check in and check out was easy and timely.

I was not aware it was a facility that would provide you a code on check-in day. I was in Yellowstone out of service so upon arrival I couldn't get it as I hadn't been in my email. There is no office attended by employees. The phone number I called had no answer but I received a text shortly after calling. I was delayed in getting in by about 10 minutes before I found the email code.

Clean newer facility. The rooms felt more like a home then a motel. Easy access from hwy and there was food across the street.

Name on board outside the room is concerning for a woman. With my name, I crossed out Tina is Kristina. Parking was a little tight. A smart tv would be nice.

The front view is some new construction project. When arriving at night can be a challenge to find it, because everything in this area is very dark. No iron and ironing board, which is a bit of a handicap since a Laundromat is part of property. If your phone contract does not support roaming in USA, checkin and checkout will be a problem as you need to send text msg to the property owner.

Nice interior design. Brand new property. Good mattress. Laundromat is part of same property. 30 mins from West Yellowstone only. Interior is very complete. Netflix. Free parking onsite. Checkin process is self service but went flawless.

We got there after dark and it's a little hard to see the place with no lights. Signage could be bigger and something from the street to help you turn in the right place.

Everything was almost perfect. Didn’t get check in information but it was no big deal I just called & they text me the info. Laundry on site was a big plus. Place appears to be very new. Very nice, if I had the funding I would buy the place & live there! If you’re in the area stay here!!!

Good place to rest the day before going to Yellowstone. Located only an hour from the airport. Then the next morning drive to Yellowstone is only about an hour. Cost is 1/3 the cost of room near the Yellowstone gate.

Nothing would stop me from staying here again, but we would have liked having more than one garbage can other than in the bathroom, and the TV didn't work except for the streaming services. So unless you have a streaming service subscription, then you won't be able to watch TV.

Great price for staying so close to Yellowstone NP. Clean, comfortable, and very spacious. You are close to a gas station, store, and a few restaurants. There is no office you check in and out of. There is a pad lock on the door, and the code is sent to you after booking. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area!
