Huge gaps under the doors, so you hear basically everyone else as they come/go. Would have appreciated a hand towel in the bathroom, instead of using paper towels/tissues. The internet slows way down when more than one person is using it (E. G., in the evenings).

Good location and easy to get in and out with a door code. Quiet neighborhood. Room was good sized, and the common area upstairs had a desk for working remotely. Free street parking.

It could be cleaner. Bed sheet and towels had some lint, couches in the common spaces looked a bit dirty. Regardless, nothing too concerning and overall a decent stay.

Floors and carpet were dirty. Bathroom tub was full of fungus, so bring shower shoes.

Being a first-time renter of this fashion, there were some hurdles for me, not knowing what to expect. There were some issues, but after contacting the owner, they were resolved immediately. What I would like booking.com to say in their wording is to remove the owner will meet you to verify your id. That is not the case. All in all, it was good .

It would have been nice to have an option for a firmer bed pillow. Both of them were very soft.

It was so conveniently located to grocery stores and extremely easy access to highways. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with plates bowls, eating utensils, pans for cooking and appliances.

For me and my daughter the air-conditioning was a bit too warm, especially at night. Since it was controlled from one central location in the house this wasn't really convenient. Also the pillows and mattress were pretty dirty, the sheets over it were all nice and clean though. But the pillows and mattresses could use some work.

The house itself was spacious and nice, same goes for the back yard. Good price/quality. The private room had all the basics it needed.

floors were filthy there was mass amounts of trash under the bed. I placed some leftover food in refrigerator, and someone helped themselves to it within an hour after I placed it and I was planning on eating it for my next meal. Small refrigerator in room would keep entitled individuals hands off what doesn't belong to them.

The home in the photos was not the home I stayed at. In fact the address in the listing was not the home I stayed at. You could not leave the gated community on foot which threw my transportation plans way off budget. I asked if there was a key to get out the pedestrian gate and the response I got was “I will check”, but never heard from them again. The room was not clean. I picked up many larger pieces of lint/dirt off the carpet when I got there. The bed had some weird textured stuff in it (felt like sugar but it wasn’t). It was very late that night so I simply shook out the sheets and hoped for the best. I found a random sock that was not mine in the comforter. Since it is a shared bathroom with several other rooms, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the individual rooms to be able to get ready in my room. Also, there were used towels hanging in the bathroom for my entire stay…never moved. Notes everywhere saying “don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink” but there were always dirty dishes in the sink (different ones so it wasn’t like the same ones stayed there the whole time).

It was a nice home, in a nice neighborhood. TV in the room and lighting was good. Cute place.

Unfortunately the room didn't look any like the photos and it was not clean. I don't know if they didn't properly clean it after the other guest, but even if the room and the bed were made, they only gave me 1 sheet for the bed, no blanket no comforter not anything else. There was a dirty suck under the bed and a lot of dust. The shared bathroom was also fairly cleaned, but it was definitely not super clean or something I would use for more than a couple days; and it also didn't have any shampoo nor soap, which is something expected or at least a notification in advance should be made. The kitchen looked fine, I never actually used it, but they seemed to have all the basic utensils. However, they failed to have the most basic item of them all, water. So on my first night there, I arrived pretty late, and since there's no near convenience store, I just couldn't drink water because no one recommended that I tried Phoenix's tap water.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They even allowed me to stay in the common areas after my checkout since my flight was at night. The location is fair, I would say a $ 25-35 uber to Phoenix downtown. All the rooms had locks, so that felt safe.

I thought it was close to Sky Harbor but it wasn’t. It was hot at night and the biggest thing was the bedroom fan didn’t work. I wouldn’t book here if I were a single female.

I liked I was able to book because Phoenix was very busy at the time. The bed was comfortable.

my room was not clean when I arrived. to be fair, there seemed to be some mix-up with my arrival date, so hopefully my situation was unusual. but honestly my room was so gross that I really considered canceling my 3-week stay immediately upon arrival and seeking a refund. the weirdest part, though, is that there was no blanket or bedspread, just literally a sheet on the bed and that was it. i didn’t have time to make other arrangements, I just went to the dollar store and got cleaning supplies and did it myself. once cleaned, my stay was adequate. It’s not the ritz but for the price, it’s alright. believe it or not, I actually would stay here again, assuming it had actually been cleaned, which I hope and assume would be the ‘norm.’

it’s a 5 bedroom house with the rooms individually rented. The kitchen is great, including basic cookware, though lacking in utensils, & the shared bathrooms are fine. small back patio and nice yard. two of the other housemates during my stay were pretty long-term (a few months or so) and quite friendly, and made this feel kind of like a dorm, in a good way. The other two kept to themselves, which was also fine.

I had to call them to make the bed for me and they did that while I was outside. I did have sheets but they gave me the blankets the next day.
