We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The place was clean and comfortable beds..rhe lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly especially the lady working the front desk. I believe her name started with an S maybe Sonya? She was remarkable and definitely an asset to your company

United Stateselevator had no circulating air and was hot, even though it was cold weather at the time; all electrical outlets in the room were connected to the main entryway light, so when you turn it off, you are turning off some of the lamps, etc. - it was too confusing to remember which plug on an outlet was not connected to that main entryway light - this should be redone throughout the entire room and entire hotel; I was not totally pleased with the quality of cooked foods - i.e. sausage (link and patty), eggs - would like to have had some bacon and more fresh fruit such as pineapple - glad there were choices such as grits, oatmeal, bananas - it seemed the waffle and pancake station was a huge success although I rarely eat these types of food due to health reasons - overall breakfast was just okay.
