We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Cost vs other options in the area was good. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good. A lot of channels available on the TV.

United StatesEverything metal in the bathroom was rusty, from the drop ceiling grid to the actual tub itself. What appeared to be black mold growing under the soap dish as well. Children in every adjacent room crying all night both nights and parents alternately yelling as loud as possible or ignoring them as the yanked the doors to the rooms open repeatedly against the security latches and slammed them shut. Website lists hottub, but only one jet and no heat does not a hottib provide. Not to mention the insupervised children diving in 3 feet of water.

United StatesMany things looked dingy, specifically the carpet, which was also peeling up at the wall. There was rust in areas in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. The hotel staff didn't know why the jets on the spa area of the pool weren't working (only 1/6 did), and the sauna didn't function well. The breakfast barely changed (we told it changed daily. Literally the only change was link sausage one day instead of patties). There was an accident by a kid one night (assuming pee/puke/vomit) and they closed it the whole night saying it'd be open the next day at 9 am (which is understandable). My child cried a lot (all he wanted was to swim) - it wasn't open the next morning, and they hadn't even treated it yet. When we finally asked again at 1 pm, they said they just had to check it to open it, and it was open in like 5 minutes - so I'm glad we asked again. The entire stay the pool and the hallway near it, smelled like straight up chlorine (way more than I'm used to), and the water was kinda dingy. The elevator did break one day, and was down for a day and a half - the staff were very nice and helped people with bags, etc., but it went from being slow and creaking before, to much quicker after, which made me wary in general.
The beds were comfortable, there was an indoor pool, most of the staff were nice, and there was breakfast in a very nice area. It did have amazing views of the mountains (and we specifically could see King Kong climbing the tower at the Wax Museum). The shower to rinse off at the pool was nice and also temp controlled. It's a nice location, and easy to get in and out of for the most part. Easy parking.
