The only complaint I have is that the pool was dirty. This was our second trip to this hotel within 2 months with grandkids and they all said the same thing about the pool. Other than that we will be back probably in November.

There was a front porch, with big rocking chairs (the wife was in heven over that). The breakfast was above expected. The room was clean, and the staff was pleasent. The parking was good, with doors as required for easy loading.

The location is very convenient! The jacuzzi tub was great. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Reservation was lost somewhere between Booking.com and ramada. They didnt have it. Elevator was extremely slow, even broke down one night. I didn't care for how low to ground the toilet was. Wish the chairs in room didn't have arms. I have larger hips and couldn't sit in room unless on bed. Plus they were in desperate need of a cleaning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice and large so we could hang out in the evening, have dinner, and play games. Room was average. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool to cool off. Breakfast was the normal, nothing special. A/c was very cold Nice location to everything

We originally came from howard johnson by wyndham across the street & quickly knew the difference in customer service. The caucasian gentlemen that sits in the far left was extremely welcoming. We had ask to see a room to make sure it was clean & didn’t smell like smoke like our previous hotel that we left from within 10 minutes. We agreed to stay there as it seemed very clean & updated but a little strong on the air freshener smell. We had a very pleasant first experience until we came back home and found 2 cockroaches in our room. We caught 1 but the other one went into our air conditioning machine. Quickly we addressed it with the front desk & we moved rooms to an upper level. For a hotel that was about $100 a day & the first day we had to move hotel rooms because of cockroaches? I am very unhappy. That shows that the hotels aren’t being cleaned properly. The front desk even told us that its not a common thing, as i was questioning if it was because of the climate. I have a compromised immune system so being in the room with known cockroaches would’ve been a bad combination. I just hope that this hotel retrains their cleaning practices.

Property is pretty much in the middle of everything, so it was an easy drive to get to where we needed to be.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a quick getaway. We stayed in a king room with jacuzzi. Upon arriving we were more than pleased with our room. It was very clean and more spacious than we thought it would be. We originally had concerns because the pictures online looked like the rooms needed updating. However, our room looked like it had been- the bedding and sitting area had definitely been updated compared to the online pictures. They stocked our room with plenty of towels and soaps, etc. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay here again!

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We didn't ask for much but didn't need much. We did not find anything that was unexpected. We were away from the location most of the time.

Check in and check out was very friendly and efficient, Room was well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and informative. Lobby was not cluttered with local advertisement but was readily available. The breakfast was very good, hot and ready. The location was easy to find, close to most everything and had a trolley stop very nearby.
