The staff wasn't friendly but not rude either, just indifferent. The custodian opened the front door while we were eating breakfast and cold air was blowing through making my wife and I cold and our food cold to the point I had to get up and shut the door. The pool had a film on top of the water and we did not get in.
The location was convenient to pigeon forge.

Construction in building. There were strong fumes.
Great price. Staff very friendly. A woman, an employee with a sling on her arm, helped us very much, with information about the area. She was down to earth. She is a great asset to your hotel. Very clean and a great breakfast. The elevator and indoor pool is a plus.

The only thing I can think of that could have been better was the room would get a bit warmer than we were used to but wasn’t really a problem. We just turned unit on air for a little while if we got too warm.
Location was great! Close to everything we did. Breakfast was was really good. Eating area was very clean and breakfast was nice and hot every morning and tasted very good. I loved the waffles and the biscuits and gravy. Was under some construction but never disturbed us at all. Beds were amazingly comfortable and we loved the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in our room. Would definitely stay here again.We had a lot of fun going to Anakeesta and the Island and ate at some amazing restaurants ( Five Oaks is awesome) and Pucketts was great as well. And if you’re into western wear, “ Stages West” is the best. Staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly and are knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend them! Shout out to the couple at “Cooters, they were so nice and friendly and we enjoyed talking to them and they allowed us to sit in the General Lee for a photo ( on the house) very sweet. Was just a very nice weekend getaway!

Bed was too firm. Heat was too high. I ended up turning it off.
Location,close to Mountain of Entertainment theatre where we attended a retreat. Too. 331 was relatively quiet Refrigerator and microwave were used, glad they were there.

Can be a little tricky to get to at times if the traffic is excessive.
We have always had a great stay at The Ramada. The facility is well maintained. The kids enjoy the indoor pool. The continental breakfast is very good, and kept stocked. We have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed.
