I love how clean and quiet it was, the kitchen had every dish you could think of so you wouldn’t have to worry about buying/ bringing anything. The jacuzzi tub was nice and hot very comfortable and the hot tub outside was even better. I love how the cabin had home security so you can feel safe in the cabin and most of all the cabin was very big and spacious.!

While this cabin was beautiful I would recommend some new couches. Both of the couches were worn down and not comfortable to sit on. My mom slept on the pullout couch and she complained that it was very uncomfortable and worn down. We also found that part of the pool table was broken so we couldn’t really play correctly! There were games but one of the machines was out of order as well. Not a huge deal but a bit bummed. The main thing was the couch, super uncomfortable when we were all trying to have some family time in the living room together.

I Loved this location!!! It was away from everything but close enough to access everything very easy!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this cabin to someone who doesn’t like the curvy roads of a mountain. This was perfect for my mother, sister, sisters boyfriend and my spouse.

The location left a little to be desired. More of a crowded subdivision than a scenic mountain setting. Plus the neighbors were rowdy and loud.

The cabin itself was exceptional! Probably the nicest we've stayed in.

A few complaints/disappointments. The Hot Tub wasnt hot enough, the tap water was undrinkable, and the rooms had no insulation. The tap water was too clorinated and had a funky taste. We had to buy water to drink. The Hot Tub was set to 100 degrees but it was more lukewarm vs being amazingly soothing. The jacuzzi's in the rooms were more enjoyable halfway filled. However, the jacuzzi's also were unable to be filled fully hot and I wished I couldve filled it higher with hot water. The rooms were not insulated or not insulated enough. It got cold overnight. I wish the fireplace wouldve kept it warmed up throughout the night. Also, we could hear our roommates conversations. I mean, talking normal, could hear them as if we were talking to each other. Let me be clear about these things. We enjoyed our stay and these are probably more nitpicky things but do wish for the best environment when paying appox. $400/night.

From the moment we walked into the cabin we were pleased. It was clean, smelled great, and the beds were comfortable and big which is a plus! Also, loved the location. It felt like it was less than a mile from the Pigeon Forge strip but also felt like we were secluded to be away from any noises. Loved to have a fireplace in the rooms. We turned it on every night which helped us get more comfortable to fall asleep. Makes us want a fireplace in our room at home.

Everything was awesome! The only 2 problems we had was when it rained a lot, (only happened once) the roof leaked a little, and the pinball machine wasn’t working. But, overall we had an awesome time here!

The location was perfect! We loved that it was close to the Parkway, but still felt like we were in the mountains! My family absolutely loved it here!

The only drawbacks I personally have is the upstairs bed is extremely tall, I literally had to climb into it(I'm not short either) haha. And the couch and love seat seem to be a little dated might need to look into a new set bc elderly people might find it hard to stand up after sitting on them (is it a deal breaker...no just a thought to better someone's stay).

The cabin was in a great location, literally 1 minute from the parkway! The cabin was also cozy and made you feel at home!

It was very clean and organized. The location was great being close to town but yet out far enough that we wasn't surrounded by the city. The game room was great entertainment for our family! The jacuzzi tubs in both main bathrooms and outside hot tub was great also! Over all we had an amazing stay!

There is no privacy in the rooms, you can hear every word someone is saying in the upstairs bedroom with the door closed if you are in the downstairs bedroom with the door closed and vice versa. The cabin was dirty (build up of dust in many places throughout the cabin), and there was hair in the jacuzzi tub. Someone came out to fix the dust and hair issues, but we had already removed the hair ourselves and the dust was still there after they had “cleaned” again for us. Most of the dishes were dirty but they were stacked in the cabinets as if they were clean. There were bugs in all of the bathrooms. We were told there was a leak in the hot tub and someone would come fix it. Someone came, turns out there were “two” leaks in the hot tub and only one of those leaks was fixed. So we had to fill the hot tub up whenever we wanted to use it. The bedroom door downstairs didn’t lock properly. We had to turn the lock (to the lock position), then turn the knob toward the television, then turn the lock again (to the unlock position) in order for the door to truly be locked. The refrigerator has an ice maker and water on the front door but it doesn’t work. There were not enough towels, toilet paper, or trash bags provided for the length of time we were staying. The only reason we didn’t leave was because the stay was NONREFUNDABLE and we didn’t want to just be out $4k+ If we could have left and got a portion of our payment back, we would have been happier in a condo or hotel elsewhere.

We enjoyed the pool table and pinball machine. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer.
