Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur feet were black from dirt after walking around the unit barefoot-floors need mopped better. While I understand we needed to wash towels daily, would be nice to have laundry facilities that handle more than 3 towels at a time since the unit can accommodate 8. We needed to do multiple loads per day just to have clean towels. A bathroom drawer has hair clippings in it...nasty. Had issue with dryer on last day that maintenance was coming to look at as we were leaving. No extra blankets anywhere and only light blankets on the beds.
The team was very polite and responsive to issues brought to their attention. Pool was just an average pool, nothing special. Was nice having individual bedrooms and baths.

United StatesThe pots and pans were very outdated. And not safe to eat off of. The teflon was scraped off the pans. Need to clean better behind furniture in bedrooms. The floors were so nasty. Like they hadn’t been scrubbed moped, seems like they only used a swifter mop. They got our socks very dirty. The hot tub is not very HOT at all. Feels like bath water.

United StatesThe pool was closed the 1st 2 nights while there but it did open so we could enjoy on last day. Hot tub still closed. This was out of the control of the hosts though.
This condo was an awesome value, excellent price for a larger family. We had 8 of us. Beautiful balcony view. Right in the heart of everything at Pigeon Forge. I had various questions before we got there. Hosts always responsive in good time on booking.com portal. Our family had a really nice 3 day stay. Th pool area was closed the 1st couple nights then opened on our last day, so the kids got to enjoy it for a day. The host offered us a refund for this ! This was very gracious. Much appreciated.

United StatesTheft of my clothes. I contacted them within 2 hours when I realized my clothes had been left in the closet. The status is no clothes were found. Stolen! Supposedly cleaning crew went in after I left. I was willing to pay a reward for my clothes too.
Unfortunately I left my clothes and they were stolen. I called immediately within 2 hours when I realized I'd left them in the closet. Sad...cleaning crew supposedly went in after we left. I was also willing to pa a reward for my clothes too. As far as the condo it was very nice.

United StatesThe location was great. When we arrived there was one room and bathroom that didn't have any electricity and the dining table hadn't been cleaned. The electricity issue was fixed. The beds are pretty firm and uncomfortable, and the beds only had a sheet with a very thin blanket and flat pillows. I would recommend bringing some of your own. There weren't enough extra blankets for everyone. The remote in one of the bedrooms didn't work for the TV. There is a lot of space and the rooms are large. Comfort and cleanliness were the biggest issues.
