For one the room smelled like urine and nothing would help with the smell. The bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on 4x4s and the pillows weren’t even considered pillows. It was more like a flattened pancake although a pancake would’ve been more comfortable. The microwave and fridge had stains all over them and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower hadn’t been cleaned you can tell all they did was just spray things on the walls and didn’t attempt to scrub anything so there were streak marks. And the hole in the wall above it was just the icing on the cake.

We checked in around midnight. At 2 am I woke up with two bed bug bites. I went down stairs and told the staff. They said they were sorry and we could check out. I went upstairs got my stuff together. Made sure my kids were ok and they had not bites on them. We had to find another hotel at 2am. Then calling back the next day they would not refund my credit cards. Finally they refunded the rest of my stay but not the night I only got to stay two hours and got bits o my neck.

The continental breakfast could have been better it was just dry cereal and cakes . No eggs or meat that was the only thing we missed . Other than that it was great

Room 111 was not that clean..no shampoo in room...asked for a blanket at desk and got a stained not clean blanket...hair in tub and bathroom floor. Had wrappers from food on side of bed Also had BED BUGS!..took 1 of them to front desk And they changed us to another room .which had a very loud blower on a old room heater..got very little sleep due to that room. I have stayed here before and it was nice....SOMETHING BAD HAS CHANGED THERE.....BOTH ROOMS WERE BAD...desk person said he was new..he was pleasant..but if you HAVE BED BUGS....Needs immediate attention.. No offer of a upgrade...just another old room with a bad blower in the outdated unit!! Poor management!

The property was absolutely terrible room was nasty there was what looked like mold would not recommend this place. still waiting on booking to work out a refund we did not stay once we seen the condition of the room. i would definitely check google reviews on this place before you even think about staying
