Needed more handicap parking.

I like the location and the friendly staff and it was quite clean and nice pool.

upstairs room was loud and could hear alot from the bottom floor and the door was very annoying to open and kept rejecting the cards making you do it multiple times

people smoking at the front door you have to walk thru. and also at the pool smoking and smoke coming in the face of one’s that don’t smoke. I like it because it was supposed to be a no smoking grounds. my granddaughter was in the pool and the ashes were being flipped in the pool

The room was dirty! Carpet was sticky hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. We put up the do not disturb sign and when we returned the sign had been switched to maid service please. The maid had gone in or room and went through our things, however while she was in there she DIDN'T clean the room!! When I addressed the issue with the lady at the front desk she insisted that didn't happen.

Well the staff had one floor half filled with their family that lived there the aroma of their food that they cooked in the evenings turned your stomach bed bugs the floors in the room were sticky you could not park in the parking lot without the kids playing in the parking lot bumping up against your vehicles and scratching them staff member kids that live there all together I will never go there again and I will never tell anybody to go there

Well this hotel is in desperate need of a update. None of the card readers worked well. You had to try multiple times to get them to work. The carpet was dirty and turned your feet black when walking around the room without shoes. There were holes in the wall. Some of the tiles were missing in the bathroom around the baseboard. Only one of the ice makers worked and it was all the way up at the top floor. The beds were full size so not very roomy for 2 people. The wifi would not work and when asking the staff about it they just told me to keep trying it.

I liked where this hotel was located. It was close to a lot of attractions and it had a nice view of the mountains. I also liked that there was plenty of parking

The entire building is outdated and my room was a little beat up, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the lamps were dented and crooked. I felt the need to take pictures so I didn’t get blamed for damages. the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. It was advertised as the rooms having a private patio but it’s a public deck for all customers, a bit misleading. The lack of options for breakfast was disappointing, and the signs for not taking anything from the breakfast area to your room doesn’t make sense as to there are not enough places to sit. the vibe of this place was summed up with the creepy flickering light on the 4th floor Lobby area.

the photos are deceiving. they show photos of what they want you to see. The rooms are old and the room we were in smelled. it’s not a remodeled hotel like the photos want you to believe.

The beds were super hard! The worst part of the stay. We hardly slept, due to the beds being so hard. Wi-Fi was horrible. Had to plunge the toilet every time you went to the bathroom.

The pool was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever needed.

No Breakfast variety and breakfast ends too early, floors were dirty, light fixtures by pool were broken, couldn’t see the tv from the bed because it’s not sitting high enough.

Staff was NOT friendly or welcoming, NOT helpful at all, and made us feel that we were bothering them when we asked questions. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. When I booked our room, I requested a first floor room. We were put on the fourth floor at the very end.

The room was clean and beds were really comfortable. The view from our window was nice.

The smell of weed when entering the hotel

After reading some bad reviews we decided to give it a shot. The room was very clean, we checked the beds and found nothing! The beds were very comfortable. It is an older hotel but it's very well kept! We would for sure stay here again.

Phone didn’t work in the room couldn’t get a wake up call. Sink leaked. Window allowed rain to come inside making room smell Muskie. Noise from other room’s couldn’t get good rest. Carpet nasty. Bed so hard caused back pain.

Booked because of jacuzzi tub - there wasn't one, didn't look like online pics - old, unkept, and unclean in real life, wasn't told of the additional $80 collateral fee until AFTER I paid and checked-in
