Room wasn’t clean

Pretty property but aged looking

They need to have shower only for handicaped visitors, toilets were very low hard time getting up, breakfast was not up to standards was hoping for some hot food and at least hot water but wasn't found very disappointed.

Was a great Lil hotel loved the pool, friendly ppl, driveway was a trip gave me a Lil scare but was cool

Went to the pool and it was not clean. Did not have a toaster. Did not have a continental breakfast. Did not have a balcony.

Rooms were clean. Location was ok. View was good.

The incline to the hotel is a bit steep.

Said had views of the mountain. But that was only from a deck on the property outside of the hotel. Breakfast was extremely limited. Coffee was gone when we got there. When we went out to our car parked behind the hotel in the morning there were people hanging out in cars. They were still there when we got back in the afternoon. Security issue?

The cleanliness could have been a bit better and the luggage racks kind of sucked lol. It was just a bit hectic. Sort of pricey for what was given. The breakfast was basically just snack cakes and cereal.

It was conveniently located. Pool was nice. Staff was extremely nice.

The rooms have dirty walls and bathtubs. Lots of cracks in paint. Walls really need to be cleaned or repainted.

The bed was felt like we were sleeping on a box spring, we asked for more towels and wash cloths and didn’t get them until hours later when we had to go get them from the front desk.

Great water pressure, decent size room, the pool was clean, the front desk guy was nice.

Just found inconvient having to walk down and up hill in evening when I arrived as I was tired

Breakfast was okay. Being on a hill was okay except wen I wanted to get something to eat in the evening.

A few things didn’t work, such as the lights and heat, and there was a huge gap under the adjoining room’s door and ours. We also asked for an extra blanket because it was cold at night and were unable to get that or towels. It wasn’t as quiet as we would have e liked but got the price, too much wasn’t expected.

For the price it was decent, it was clean and had a bed and shower and served its main purpose.

The bathroom vanity sinks and mirror area wasn't enclosed with the toilet and shower( which has no mirror) the vent in the bathroom didn't work. The caulk around the Jacuzzi was stained, possibly mold. The stairwell had visible water damage to the walls as the wallpaper was very droopy in some areas. The vending and ice machine on my floor was under construction, with a sheet for a door and there were barefoot footprints coming from this construction area. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Thats really the only complaint. Woke up sore every time.

The AC unit was so loud and didn't cool down the room very well and the refrigerator didn't work and the continental breakfast was not a breakfast at all just a snack could be improved then it would be 5 stars for us

We never got clean linings or clean towels and wash rags we had to go down and ask for them you think they would clean your room and give you clean linings everyday so we just left the day early
