The staff were terrible. Housekeeper Lam was extremely rude to my daughter (11). At one point they literally had 0 clean towels.

It was right on the main road. Amazing views.

The staff wasn’t welcoming, very short and rude. It wasn’t very clean. We asked for another trash bag and never got one. The beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi was terrible. There was no breakfast being served when it was suppose to be.

I really only liked the location of the property.

The mirror falling off of the wall and shattering all over the room in our clothes and bags. Had to sit and watch them clean up our room for an hour and shake all of our clothes out because they didn’t have another room to put us in and they didn’t give us any kind of inconvenience fee or anything.

Only thing was our sink had a crack in it; it leaked on the floor so we put a towel down so we wouldn’t step in the water.

Convenient, friendly, helpful close to everywhere. Wasn’t bad getting back on road.

Loved the view from pool side looks like pool needs some TLC and my window in Room 335 had either paint splatters all over it or a bird flock got it The breakfast was small and sweet would add cream cheese for bagels and maybe a fresh fruit?? Just an ideal But otherwise Everything was great

We got in our room and there was food left in our fridge for God only knows how long as it was super thick molded and left an ungodly oder in the room that I had to go.get spray for so we could tolerate the room. I grabbed two towels off the towel rack that looked like they were just folded n put back up there as they had black stuff all over them like they were used on the floor. The walls were also very dirty . The beds seemed clean and floor to be swept.The breakfast was some snack cakes and frosted flakes and microwave biscuits. The lobby bathroom was disgusting pee on floor and dried all over toilet with no paper towels. It was ok in a pinch but probably won't stay again. Definitely had worse and Definitely had better. The staff was amazing tho.

The staff was awesome!! Super friendly and helpful. Some of the most comfortable beds I've had at a hotel heat and air worked well. And right across the street from titanic museum so ur on the strip but not right in the chaos.

When we first arrived we were put on the third floor and after our room was assigned front desk clerk stated the elevator was broke. I asked for room on first floor and was told no more rooms available. The hot water in shower would not get hot. Only warm.

It was not good at all. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal and milk not for me. It was not clean at all the carport was nasty and rooms needed cleaning there was left over shampoo in the shower. Hair in are bed coffee pot was a joke also. The elevator was down and it was hard for me to go upstairs because I had a lung and liver disease. I would like my money back.

Let me tell you, we came to check in only to find the entire and I truly mean entire outside of the hotel covered in cigarettes. Came inside to stand at the counter for 20 minutes with no help. Then as we stood there my daughter goes “what’s that?” And pointed at not one not two but three roaches. This is just at the front counter! The pictures online are a lie. And please don’t get me started on the smell. We’ve tent camped we’ve even stayed at some really cheap hotels. But for the price of this one we should not have been greeted by roaches before someone at the front desk.

I’m being charged one night more

I was treated rudely by the third shift staff member and she didn’t want to rent me the room nor even be there it seemed like. If I could get a discount I appreciate it or another night to stay I would appreciate it.

At first it looks was good but when i thought to relax for some time it was so itchy my both legs swollen lol and luckily i got blanket i used it for that night,, when we was about to vacate room the next day at the very last moment my kid got to use washroom so my spouse went to the room to get an surprise they did not even remove the blanket they just re-arranged our used blanket wow that's surprise ,, we spent 80 dollars for this kind of service?

location is reachable but it looks like this is old fashioned hotel with low maintaince.

1st night was short 2 pillows and blanket went down to office they didn't have anything! 2nd night the cleaning services only took garbage and dirty towels but only left set of 2, for 4 ppl! I then had to go back to office they did have towels but I shouldn't have to go back down!

I knew it was an older hotel so we weren’t sure what to expect. We had a wonderful experience. It was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed, a place to sleep, shower and change clothes. I was pleasantly surprised.
