Karaoke session in the middle of the night in the lobby was ridiculous. The bed was so hard it was hard to get comfortable. When I complained in the morning about the noise, they ask why i didn't tell the front desk, it happened in the lobby near the front desk. I sent a email to the owner/manager, and didn't receive any reply. Just a simple reply to why they allowed it or apologize would have been nice.

The location was nice away from traffic.

We were there 5 days and they never cleaned our room never took out our trash never brought us supplies or towels we had to get our own stuff and towels and even after we told them on day 3 to clean our rooms and make our beds they didn't do anything.

There are long term residents living on the 4th floor that are loud and rude the only staff I seen was the girl that checked me in and she was rude chomping gum. The hot water didn’t get hot ever we took lukewarm warm showers we had to ask for toilet paper twice because they gave us open half used rolls and when we asked for two rolls we were told no we could only have one at a time breakfast was a joke we went else where. The window in our 3floor room was unlocked and could be opened and had no screen thankfully we had no kids with us could have been pretty dangerous. The long term residents were laying around in the lobby on the couches and outside made it feel somewhat uncomfortable. The guests staying on our floor was up slamming doors and yelling very early in the morning the rooms aren’t very sound proof under the bed was filthy literally piles of dirt swept under it needs a good renovation on the actual building/rooms and not to mention staff.

Towel rack was loose in bathroom and fell off into the floor along with the towels. I put it back up. It could have injured a small child. All it needed was one Alan screw tightened up at the bottom.

The room was nasty. If we could have got our money back we would have. Where to begin? The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a repair job, the walls were just drywall with no paint on them. The tiles that lined the baseboard of the floor was falling off and the tub had mold in it. The floor was all sticky in the bathroom as well. The furniture in the room was DISGUSTING, we wouldn’t dare put our bags on it, let alone actually sit on any of it. It was so stained and looked crusty. The floor was just as disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in FOREVER. I dropped my ear plug on the floor and I went to pick it up and it had kinda fell under the bed and when I went to get it and there was all kinds of trash under it like empty water bottles. I ended up just throwing it away and went and bought new ones. To me and my friend, we felt unsafe there too. It’s kinda a secluded area on top of a hill. The front desk didn’t tell us what time breakfast was and I couldn’t find it anywhere so we missed out on that but honestly if it was anything like our room, it probably wasn’t safe to eat. The beds were SUPER uncomfortable, might as well been sleeping on a kindergarten mat laying on a cement floor and the pillows were very lumpy. For the amount of money we paid, we expected it to at least be clean. Way over priced for sure. I understand they have a business to run but at least make sure the room is cleaned properly. Me and my friend, who went with me, own a cleaning business so we understand sometimes you miss some things, but not that much! We weren’t expecting it to be a 5 star hotel because it was on the cheaper end but we didn’t ever think it would be that bad. They would have to do some major improvements before we would ever stay again or bring our family’s here. I had read a ton of recent reviews before I booked and honestly I didn’t see what everyone was raving about. Definitely not worth the price or time spent there. Will NEVER be back.

The staff was friendly and it’s right on the edge of Pigeon Forge before you get into the busy part.

Hotel was very outdated and rooms are not the cleanest. There was no bathroom vent fan, so paint was peeling from walls and you could tell someone tried to cover over mildew or mold stains. There was no staff there if you needed assistance for anything, if it was late or early hours. Multiple issues with room keys, that barely worked.

Room was nice clean and spacious,front desk person very nice and intuitive of my needs ,there was a $80 additional charge for deposit when I arrived for in case someone smoked in the room but was refunded when I checked out I would definitely stay here again great job.

The lounge chair in the room was ripped , the drawers were all sticky. For the price we paid it wasn't worth it and we had to put down a 100 security deposit we would get back when we checked out even though we had already paid for the room.

This specific stay we had taken my mom, grandmother, and two of our children, after checking in we told my mom and granny to take the boys on to the room and my husband and I would bring the luggage in. When they went on up to the room there was a man in there and he rushed out after the got into the room dropping chicken, said he was inspecting the room but my mom said the lights were out they think he was napping but had been eating. Few minutes later he returned he had forgotten his phone and phone charger.

Location was great, we had stayed here previously and LOVED it. The views were beautiful, staff was friendly, the cleanliness was great.
