breakfast kinda sucked/compared to other places. chocklet cup cakes small packaged 2 little sausage biscuts packaged in a pair/That was it.

very clean//however in the bathroom a few rough spots was just painted over//And the towel rack fell off the wall.other than that the stay was awesome and clean.

Our room wasn't clean before we arrived. There were reciepts and other pieces of trash in the cabinet next to the microwave, a used coffee pod in the pot, something sticky smeared across the entire counter, food left in the microwave (the whole room smelled like it), no coffee or condiments left on the counter and I'm afraid to look at the beds. It's a holiday and everything is full. We are going to make the best of it and get through the night, but I'll NEVER be back. Not worth the money. The Vista is a better option.

Great location. On the main strip where you can walk to tons of attractions.

I had asked for a ground floor room when i booked, but received a fourth floor room.

The beds were really comfortable. The room was ok. Great for the price we paid.

The nite lady was very nasty talking to people,, and I was like to ,,when I called and ask about if the motel had a outside door to my RM. Open door n parking lot,,and the same lady that was nasty to us was the one that told me the motel have door to parking lot like a regular motel ,,if she would have said no ,,we would have went somewhere else,,,as for the people that clean that was nice but the lady at desk was very nasty to us every time u ask her something she was like she didn't want to talk to white people ,,,will not stay with y'all every again and we come there every yr,for at least 9to10days every yr, thank u have a great day ,,,,, PS get rid of the nite lady very nasty to people ,,,

The complimentary breakfast. Needs some improvement. Had to have door keys remade quite often. After being completely locked out the owner came and checked the door lock battery and replaced them. No more troubles after that.

Did not smell, friendly staff, little dated but looks like they are updating. Nice Lobby.

The bed linens had not been changed. Found socks and cookie crumbs in sheets when turned down. The staff was very responsive when I talked with them. The cake right away to change the bed linens.

I did not like the fact they do not notify in advance that there will be a "security deposit" that is to be paid/held when you check in, yes, it's refunded upon checkout. They also charge a fee if the room is ready and they allow you an early check in. I personally dealt with 3 different front desks clerks, the first one wasn't very friendly. The last 2 were pretty good. I also didn't care for the location.

First night room was floor wet with bad musky smell. Just a horrible smell and night. They would not replace this room until the next day. Will not stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very rude!!! And adv to spray room for bugs as a fix to the issue!! And said there's nothing they can do,....DONT STY HERE ITS TERRIBLE

DONT STY HERE!!! I complained that there were roaches in the room the front desk person said they would send house keeping house keeping came to the room looking like junkies I didn't know who they were knocking on my door with regular clothes on and no shoes!! They offered to spray bug spray in my room that I paid $150 a night for I refused adv I'm checking out they pull the microwave out and there were roach eggs on top of the microwave and bugs that I killed and a bug crawling on my towel in which the housekeeper grabbed off the floor and took with her due to the roach still alive and crawling (I Have the video to prove it all!!! After requesting a refund I was accused of smoking which was a lie!! Bc they didn't want to give a refund!!!
