Staff was incredibly friendly. The unit was spacious and clean. The pools were fine, but nothing special and the mini golf course was just 1 putting green with 4 holes. Fine, but nothing noteworthy and basically oversold.

Every aspect of our stay was superb! Chek in was fast and friendly. The room was amazing, and the kids loved their own room and bathroom. Was only a 10 min drive to Disney World. Would highly recommend.

Only thing i didnt like about the property is that it doesnt allow pets. But i mean its their rules.

Inside was so nice and clean. Very wide space, and loved the patio space. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms was nice, spacious, and clean. The living room also was great space. Everything was phenomenal! I’ll definitely recommend staying here.

We were 4 adults and 1 child and our stay was fabulous, the apartment was spotless clean and very spacious with plenty of room for all of us, very quiet for a peaceful rest and included all equipment we needed. A/C worked very well, no bugs inside and we enjoyed the resort facilities very much (free parking, pool, jacuzzi...). Location was great with supermarkets, outlets, Disney parks, etc all within 5-20min drive.

Absolutely faultless

The resort is spotlessly clean, has magnificent gardens and is very central to parks, malls & access to motorways. The apartment was very large with two double bedrooms and 2 double beds plus bed sofa, plus 2 large bathrooms both with bath & shower. The staff are outstanding and was greeted by all including the gardener. Plenty of towels for both room and pool provided plus basic soap cleaning tea coffee facilities were also there. Lovely pools which included lifevests for kids. Great to use as a base or stay around the pool all day.

Air conditioning wouldn't go below 68. Light in bedroom kept cutting on and off randomly as if it were haunted. Our only real complaint was that our key card stopped working at 9:15 am even though checkout time was not until 10am. We were loading our car and got locked out. Had to wait in the heat, for security to come and let us back in.

Everyone was very helpful. Love the texting option. Very clean and cozy. Felt like home. The greeting when we came in everyday was awsome. They always said welcome home.

Staff was very attentive to all concerns and issues. Rooms very spacious and love the curfew at night. Always find good parking and very good lighting in the complex.
