I called a week before our check in day to request a ground floor as I can not walk up and down steps. There are 3 floors. Thankfully we did get a ground floor room. I didn’t see the “no elevators” note until after making the reservations. That would of been a huge issue for me.
I loved everything about this place! Very clean! Felt very safe. Lots of extras to do in the resort. We live about 90 min from here for the past 30 years and always take small vacations to this area. We have stayed at a lot of surrounding hotels/resorts, but this place is going to be the ONLY place we ever stay at again! We were that impressed!! We didn’t want to leave, it truly felt like we were home! They also texted daily to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions.

We loved everything about this property, the suite was spacious, comfortable and full of all mod cons. The balcony was lovely to sit in of an evening or a morning and just enjoy the peace and the nearby pool was lovely.

United States16 Reviews1 helpful voteExceptionalThe last day when I checked out I went to lobby to check out and I left a elderly person in the rest room in room and the cleaning people and service people were coming in to clean I guess and I just needed to get my bags and my mom from bathroom. Cleaning lady had a bad attitude and a face when I said just give me a few minutes to get her out to car. Not happy.

I'm not sure if this was routine, but it felt very intimidating. And he kept reminding us of the time left that we have for checkout while we are trying to move our belongings.
The staff was attentive and accommodating. It was easy to get a hold of them with just a text away.

We were attending Special Olympics National Games at ESPN and other events nearby. The location of the hotel was perfect for our events and from airport. Our room was very large and very clean. Excellent amenities particularly in kitchen. Great staff. All calls/ needs were delivered/handled promptly. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool area. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
