When I was shopping for hotels I just assumed that even the older hotels but at least have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room .. this place didn't that was a little inconvenient considering I had a family and we could have got some snacks and stored some drinks to make it a little more affordable vacation.

Didn't have a hot breakfast but I knew that ahead of time. However that would be a perk with the competition located around the area.

The receptionist was not very happy that we arrived at 5:00 because she had just heated up her dinner, she was very rude to a guest trying to get a refund. The next morning the other woman was pleasant.

I didn't like the smell in the room, and the door locks, the lock felt unsafe and easy to break.

Just for a one night stay it was ok but not for long stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

The refrigerator was dirty. Under the beds had trash and someone else's shoe. I upgrade to a room with a fridge and microwave and was charged. The fridge was dirty

Conveniently located. Tangers outlet mall is in walking distance. Dollar tree is across the street. Grocery store also across the street. Walmart less than a five minute drive. Room needs cleaning and some deodorizer. Headboards need to be wiped down. Under the bed need vacuum. Indoor pool needs a fresh coat a paint.

The continental breakfast did not provide hot food, but the bagels and donuts were appreciated.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms and pool were clean. For the price we got just what we needed. A clean place to stay for the night.

The mattress was FABULOUS! The property was clean and the staff were awesome. The TV's are new with great channels. The hotel is near great restaurant, Dominico's! Close to grocery store. Had a refrig and microwave. I really appreciated the table and chairs so I could set out work materials as I prepared for a presentation. Close to Target...I forgot hair gel! Staff gave great directions to resources and Tan Tar A/Margaritaville Resort and Conference Center where I was making a presentation. Would stay there again any day! The heater in the room worked like a charm as it was cold and raining when I was there!

The indoor pool and hot tub were NOT OPEN, and will be closed till March ? One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. It was very disappointing this wasn’t advertised until we got there. Also we were charged extra the day after we checked in for our dogs….when we checked in the night before the lady never said there were any extra charges for dogs…she even knew we had them because we talked about what breed they were and we stayed in a “dog friendly” room, which the carpet was tore up by the door and by the bathroom. We should have been charged at the time of check in, if there was an extra charge, not the day after.
