Not very clean. Staff was rude. Could not have my own food or drinks at the pool. Had to pay extra for parking this should have been included with the room price.

I asked the front desk for new towels three times in a day, which they told me house keeping would bring. Housekeeping never brought the towels because they were kept behind the front desk. After asking fourth time I was finally given the towels. There were four of us and only six pillows, I asked multiple times for two more pillows and was told they’d check and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. On our final night the fire alarm went off, we used the stairwell to exit the building and THE DOOR KNOB to the lobby CAME OFF into my hand because it was broken and just put back on for looks. Thankfully there was a fire exit behind us, but if it were a real emergency situation it could’ve ended badly for me and my family. As we renters the building a live cockroach got trampled in the lobby and was left there till morning. Very gross, unprofessional, and unsafe establishment; if you like the feeling of being on your own and having to fend for yourself then this is the hotel for you.

The hotel was dirty. The pictures on their web sight are completely fake! Same building but filthy and outdated. The pool is not owned by the hotel and you couldn't even have a water bottle of your own there because they wanted you to buy drinks from the bar. Also the pool is open to the public so it was always packed. I was charged a 20 dollar parking fee which is not disclosed on the web sight, and if you try to check in early you will be charged 50 dollars.

The property needed a lot of attendant to it carpet was dirty, laundry in the hallway,floor needed swept and mop.

I didn’t like anything the hotel wasn’t pleasing at all. Had no hospitality as I enter the hotel. Front desk lady wasn’t joyful or happy like she didn’t wanted to be there at all.

Outside looks better than inside. Our room was “clean” but the curtains were half torn off that I had to fix. It looked like room was made up in a rush and had old sheets and comforters. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming.

It was dirty, the hallways needed a good shampoo. My friend had a huge spot of mold in her bathroom. Our sliding door did not lock to go outside and we were on the ground floor. We had no shower curtain and so when taking a shower, water got all over the floor. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important in our room because someone could easily come through the sliding door.

Very dated. Small hallways. Room wasn’t very clean, curtains were broken and falling down letting in a lot of light, broken furnishings, pool was dirty and with a bar area open to the public so not super kid friendly. Breakfast wasn’t even close to what was advertised online and cereal was stale.

Was under renovation and had no ice machines on one side of the property, paint peeling in bathroom. Had no furniture on balcony to sit outside and AC unit was noisy and falling apart.

Perfect for the location and function of the weekend, out door pool and bar was awesome.

The bathroom was so tiny. The balcony has one chair and bird poop all over. The stench was horrid, and the ice machine was so far away. The tv was programmed for demo mode, so it kept turning off. The loveseat has seen a lot of love, if you know what I mean.

Construction as soon as you walk in. There is no warning on the website of any Construction. The pool was not open, again no warning on the website. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains. The couch had stains. Requested a different room. The sheets were better, but the couch filled with stains. When I asked staff if this was like this in every room, she said yes and offered sheets to cover the couch.

The beach front access was great, and breakfast was good.
