Would have liked some fresh fruit and a little more selection of items. My husband found the English Muffin very stale.

Breakfast did not appear to have the same quality and amount of items as they had when we stayed at this hotel last year. My husband didn't really find anything he wanted to eat.

My only complaint was the room had a smell to it and I could smell pot from the hall the next morning when I was getting up and getting ready for the conference. It was strong enough that I could smell it in my room. Also, the one ice machine was not working and it took me a moment to find another ice machine.

My overall stay was good. The staff was friendly and kind. The price was reasonable. I was attending a medical assistant conference at the Apollo Career Center and this hotel was in reasonable distance to my conference. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. No complaints.

The staff never cleaned up my room. Also there was a musty odor.

The location was a few minutes away from my training center I traveled here for. The room and bed was clean and comfortable.

We got all unpacked only to find that the drain in the sink was totally plugged. They relocated us to the next door room which was just fine. That sink was slow to drain but at least it drained. They may have some real issues with their total drainage system.

Good breakfast. Facility was what I expected. Staff was very punctual and remedied the problem immediately.

It wasn't as clean as other hotels I have stayed in. Hair in the shower. The desk chair has hand smudges like food. Comforter had stuff on it. I sensed the bare minimum was done. But I do know help especially good help is hard to find, so it's OK.

Smoke detector beeped a lot in our room and the way the bathroom was designed was some what inconvenient when it comes to taking a shower

Room - smelled like smoke inside the room, like it use to be a smoking room. No cups at all in the room. Coffeemaker but no cups! Bathroom - We were only given 2 towels, and the wash rags and hand towels were all in one stack and looked the same so I ended up drying my hands on a wash rag because I didn’t think we were given any hand towels. Was very small, the door almost hit the toilet (see picture #3). Needs a deep clean and a paint job (see ceiling light picture #1, and under sink area picture #2). Breakfast - Waffle maker was shoddy; syrup did not have a lid, was covered with plastic wrap. Would have been nice to have more hot foods.

Check in and Check out were quick and hassle free. I like that we could see our vehicle from our room, entrances were inside but was laid out the same as if they were outside. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Not enough in room coffee pods. 2 decaf and 1 regular pod for 2 people sharing the room. When I went to reception to ask for additional I was directed to the coffee urns.

I stayed in 155B which was literally right next to the exit so that's cool but the trash can in the in between hallway had a stench of death so every time we got back we had to hold breath as we used the card to unlock the door. There is also a $250 fee if you smoke in the room but I'm not sure how they would tell aside from smell or finding butts of whatever you are smoking, so can they just make the claim you smoked and charge your card? Even though I paid online they still needed to run my card and keep its information in their system.

The room has a personal hot tub in it, though was strange there wasn't a wall or anything between the tub and bed. Beds appeared clean, none of the mirrors were 1 way mirrors, had a fridge and microwave to cook if we needed to.

There was a sticky substance on the bathroom light switch and the wall by the bathroom trashcan was dirty. The first room I was put in didn't have an extra lock and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The receptionist tried telling me that I didn't need the extra lock, but did eventually put me in a different room. The AC didn't work great, but it did work. It definitely was not worth $100.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Breakfast was mediocre. Same every day, egg patties, sausage patties, muffins, mini cupcakes. On the busy days, even the egg patties ran out quickly and wasn't restocked right away. Overall, adequate or less at best.

The guy at the front desk seemed to be an angry person. He seemed to act like everything was a big issue or problem. We’ve stayed here a lot and it’s the first time anyone seemed to just be rude.

Love the breakfast. Rooms are usually clean and comfortable
