We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesAfter the superb cleaning lady who assisted me and was very pleasant, we then recieved a nock at the door from a matinence person to whom looked like they were on drugs. I was not letting that individual in the room with me or my daughter. I was happy my issue was already dealt with. There was also a fight going on two doors down all night. I dont believe we would stay again, but suggest they hold on to the lady who assisted me as she should rub off on the rest of the people to get the fixable issues fixed.
This location is in need of ALOT of repair. We had our main interaction with the cleaning lady who accidently entered the room on us as she was doing checks from another person that did cleanings prior (we were not mad) she was pleasant as she assisted us with a clogged toilet we just called about and provided me with cleaning stuff to clean the dirty fridge upon my request while she unclogged the toilet.

United StatesThe gps sent us a mile up the road and they do not answer the phone for a more accurate location . I called there at 7pm on a Saturday and no one answered the phone. The tv shut off for no reason .
