Finding cockroach in room. Mold in bathroom around tub. Noisy from outside traffic. Homeless people use the parking garage for a place to camp out in.

This clearly was once a nice 3-star hotel but because of neglect it has fallen. I’ve stayed at nicer cheap 2-star hotels for half the price. I arrived late at 1am and saw around 10 cockroaches, a few in the hotel lobby, in the parking garage, and outside in front of the hotel. My hotel room had greasy fingerprints on the fridge and counter, the leather couch has spots and stains, and the carpet was filthy and stained. I assume it’s never been shampooed and washed. My GF and I couldn’t stay there, we had to cancel and leave. Which is the first time I’ve ever had to cancel out of disgust. Even the hotel lobby just felt neglected.

The restaurant was closed for dinner the evening we arrived. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was an in-house restaurant. We ended up getting food through the bar which was very slow and about 3 choices for food. AC was via unit under the window--outdated and uncomfortable. The mounted window shade let light flow through the sides and the roller shade was broken. The bed was not very comfortable. Seemed old. The bathroom had no ventilation fan and the electrical outlet was by the toilet. Old building not renovated.

Very small bathroom. Younger man at check in desk was minimally helpful explaining information on parking and facility directions for a first time visitor. Parking ramp had very tight corners for our full size pick up.

Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Had the air conditioner running and set to 67 when we entered our room. We didn’t have to enter a hot room. Spacious room. Had dining facility within the facility.

It wasn’t very clean. We had pets and they put us on the 6th floor. There wasn’t any wash cloths or mattress cover or comforter. Very disappointed and would not stay there again.

The location was great to walk to the civic center for an event. It was close to many shops and restaurants too.

I didn't care for the incidentals deposit but suppose it necessary but they shouldn't charge for the room untill its cleaned and then take it off since it hasn't been refunded yet .

The front desk check in person failed to provide any pertinent information without prompting. For example, I had to ask where the elevators were, where to park, where facilities were in order for him to provide details.

The breakfast was tasty, but I was surprised there was no "free" or "included" breakfast.
