There were ants in the bathroom, no toilet paper. The door to the room was very difficult to open. I had to have a maintenance man open it for me once. The food at the property was awful.

It was convenient to local restaurants and bars. Walking distance to everything.

With all the QR codes around the room and hotel one that provides an easy to use and comprehensive guide to the TV would have been nice.

The location allows for leaving the car at the hotel and exploring the town by foot. And there's much to explore from the incredible museums to the restaurant choices that are surprising in quality and quantity for such a small town.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was located right next to downtown Corning and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

One of the lifts was under service. We came to know only when we were about to board it. It would be good if guests were informed proactively on the service schedules.

You really need to set up a breakfast buffet rather than a sit down breakfast. When I went down there it was too crowded and the staff was overwhelmed. Why not set up a breakfast buffet like other hotels do. That way you can just grab what you want or sit down and eat. More choices.

We didn't receive room service. All of our towels were left on the floor, where we placed them after use so that room service would recognize they were dirty. We also removed our bedsheets expecting to receive new ones, but found everything exactly as we had left it.

Clean and large rooms. Spaceful bathrooms and very large windows makes the suite room more appealing.

Friendly staff,good food for reasonable prices also in the hotel. Close to Corning main street to have bars as well as a lot of different restaurants.Cleaning every day. Staff is very friendly, patient also with non mother tongue speakers.

Gym didn't stay open all night and opened late. Drink prices expensive and small. No free breakfast and the Glasses and coffee cups on the table were not all cleaned .

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant at hotel. Food and service was excellent. Only criticism, we could hear the band in the bar in our room on the 3rd floor. The band was good just loud.

The TV. We are not streaming savvy and only could watch 1 channel. We are use to turning on the TV and voila it there. There was a band playing right below our room. Yes we are a senior couple...lol. but it was a great hotel just a couple little things.

Loved the location. It was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to us. We needed to check in early and they made it happen.

The room temperature was perfect for us, but the air conditioner made an extraordinary amount of noise. We were able to shut it off because the building was well insulated and so we didn't need it running for the heat

The room was clean and roomy. It was at the center of the museums that we wanted to spend time at. There was a great grill and bar in the hotel with great and friendly service.

There isn't anything we don't like. If their elevators are down it can be inconvenient with suitcases but that's not really anyones fault and they were prompt on signage on alternative exits and getting them back up and running.

We love staying here whenever we visit Corning, NY. It's walkable to all the shops on the main strip and even the museum if you're used to commuting on foot. Great value for your money. Always appreciate the separate makeup mirror in the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

The "do it yourself" breakfast wasn't very tasty. The fried eggs were rubbery and there was a line up for most stations. Parking was difficult as you drove around and around like a vulture waiting for someone to leave. The hotel was full, hosting a large convention, so things would probably be better with a normal guest count.

The hotel and room were very nice. The room was large and looked recently renovated.

The fact that housekeeping doesn't come in if you have a two night stay . Have to go to front desk to get anything you may need. It doesn't just happen here it seems to be the norm now.

Location was perfect for us , loved the fact they had a bar and grill onsite .
