Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe TV in the room kept freezing making it almost impossible to watch. I had to cast from my phone to the tv to watch anything.
The hotel was in a great location! Right by the Delta Center. The check in was smooth, and the front desk was very friendly. Nice rooms, good size and clean. We ate and had drinks at the bar in the hotel and the staff was great and the food was pretty good.

United Stateswhen the toilet was flushed the sink water when washing hands is scalding hot. If you wanted to wash your hands in normal temperature water you either flushed then waited for the toilet to finish the flushing cycle or wash then flush.

United StatesThere are no drawers in the room to unpack folding clothes....just two small shelves by the safe in the closet. Meals are very good, large quantity, but expensive.
Close to the Salt Palace, where my meetings were.

CanadaI did not find the hotel reception to be particularly friendly. I also think its ridiculous to charge people a $35 early check in (1 hour) if the room is already ready. I didn't ask you to prepare it early it just happened to be ready so what is the difference in it sitting there ready and empty, and me using it? We also had the cleaning service walk in on us at 9AM on checkout day (1PM checkout) without any indication they were coming in. If i haven't checked out that is usually an indication that the room is still in use.
Great location. The room and hotel facilities were nice. Everything was clean and tidy.

United StatesThe drink vending machine on our floor was not functioning for card use. Having to pay $25 per day to park on premises.
Rooms are good size. Good service in the on-site restaurant. Good location and walking distance or the sites we were visiting. Easy walk to City Creek shopping area.

Location is the advantage that this hotel has. It's close to Temple Square, the Delta Center, ND City Creek Mall.

United StatesThe room wasn't as clean as my previous stay. There was dust on the counter tops and trash on the floor. There was also a drunk woman yelling in the hallway. She put on a show from 1-2:30AM.
The hotel wasn't full, so parking was easy to find. The Copper Canyon restaurant had excellent food. The staff was friendly. The wifi was reliable and fast.

CanadaThe restaurant service was terrible. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and waited over 5 minutes perhaps closer to 10 for someone to seat us. They saw us and could have easily signaled us to come in or come to show us some seats. One waiter even walked right past us without even saying anything, like, we’ll be with you soon. That didnt happen. Finally we gave up waiting and walked out to another restaurant. After that we didnt go back to that restaurant at all during our 5 night stay. Never found out what the food was like and dont really care anymore. We’ve stayed at this Hotel numerous times over the last 10 years but next time we are in town we may find another place to stay unless they can convince us to return???
Property itself was fine.

United StatesThe water in the shower was bi-polar. One minute it would be hot, and the next minute, it would be cold. It did this every time we showered.
We stayed here for FanX and it worked out well. This was the first year that FanX had a north entrance, so getting to FanX was a breeze. We only had to walk for 30 seconds and we were at FanX. This made going back and worth easy. We could go shopping, return to the hotel, drop off our purchases, and return to FanX quickly. This will definitely be my hotel of choice for future FanX adventures. The staff was friendly and housekeeping showed up everyday. The Copper Canyon restaurant was excellent. The salmon was quite expensive, but I can safely say that it was the best salmon I've ever had. I will definitely order it the next time I'm in SLC. The Wifi was excellent, too. I could watch videos on my phone and it never buffered.

United StatesNo concierge. Desk person I dealt with couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t solicit assistance from colleagues. Didn’t know where the visitors center was nor how the Traux line operated yet in the heart or the convention center. No shuttle service but two shuttles available only for airport personnel use to and from airport a 20 minute drive. Room was oddly furnished and arranged. Entry door to room and bathroom was damaged and under repair with spackling/ chalking chips still on hallway carpet and floor to room. No dresser. Amour was a mini. You couldn’t hang any dresses or pants. Lived out of our luggage for a three night stay. Four star rating a stretch.
Excellent location. Easy access to major attractions. Three block from Temple Square. Just two blocks from East and West UTA Traux pickup terminals within free travel zone. Nicely appointed lobby with contemporary furniture. Excellent restaurant Copper Canyon on site that serves hotel.
