The whole place was in need of an update. The shower curtain rod was falling out of the marble wall, I called for maintenance and they said, “that’s normal” and walked out. The shower curtain was letting water go all over the floor. The tv was outdated and the WiFi was very weak.the restaurant closed at 8pm and there was no food available. There were stains in the carpet

The pool area was outdated as well as some of the rooms. I purchased two rooms. My first room was subpar. I could see where they patched a hole in the wall and it needed painting as well as new carpet. My second room was pretty cool. I feel as though I got my monies worth with my second room. My first room was no better than a motel. Also, the housekeeping team was friendly, but none of them spoke English.

I liked the size of the property. It was able to accommodate our group. It had a large lobby area, a bar, a restaurant, and a club.

The toilet did not flush properly, all maintenance did was spray some stuff that never worked. Light on table between the beds just flickered the entire time.

Great location, buffet breakfast is $11.99 and was good. Waterfall inside of property is pretty. Plenty of places to sit and relax in the lounge. Bar with DJ music and dance floor was fun and drinks were reasonable. Swimming pool was heated and a hot tub was nice. Complementary copy was offered in the lobby room had single pod coffee machine. Daily maid service was unexpected. Maids, remade bed and replenish towels and straightened up room.

It was a bit further out of Fort Worth than I was anticipating and the road it was on was very quiet and out of town without much access to amenities. Don't come here without a car!

The pool was an added bonus as well as the massive lobby area with a fountain and a nightclub (?! - it wasn't loud but it was a surprise that it was in our hotel).

The rooms are a bit old and the hotel shows age with some moldy/cracked caulking and door trim…light fixtures that need to be replaced. One light bulb was missing, 2 others did not work; maintenance replaced them promptly. The tub did not drain very well. Water was hot…which is good but it was too hot for safety. Ice machine on my floor did not work.

The place was relatively clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and felt safe. Not dirty.

I wished the room had a kettle. Traveling with two little ones, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Some diapers in the Sundries would be helpful too!! Otherwise thank you!

Location was nice. Room was well equipped. We had an issue with our bathroom and they attended to it promptly! Brightly lit around the property at night too! My kiddo got sick and had stomach upset all night. I went down to reception at 3am and the security was empathetic and helpful in giving some tips.

Housekeeping didn't speak good english. COVID guidelines are over. Clean your rooms, don't wait till 4 o'clock in the afternoon when people are coming back from their activities to clean the room. I do understand it's a big hotel but there was plenty of staff. Front desk staff, we're helpful.Informing me that they do have wheelchairs for you to use active facility.That was unclear that you could not take it off of facility property.

It was good for the most part. Had plumbing issues on the 1st floor in one area carpet was soaked with water Most of stay.

With the exception of the swimming pool and hot tub not working and there being a constant wet spot on the floor,by one of the beds, everything was good.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. My family really enjoys this hotel, it's our go to hotel. Everything was good, with exception to the swimming pool being out of order our second night.

My room, nowhere to hang your used Towel, I know they change whenever the room is cleaned but it will be nice to have a hanging rail for the hand Towels and the bath Towel. The room I stayed in, the Toilet pressure, needs to be worked on.

The location was great, very friendly staff cleaning staff are excellent and the access in and out of the facility is wonderful..
