Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The gym equipment needs to be updated.
I liked the pool it was very warm and my kids enjoyed playing in the water. I really liked the complimentary water in the room and in the gym.

the a/c unit made a lot of noise, the rooms are dated and the shower head was almost detached from the wall. there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom

Had a problem getting into the outside doors. Very inconvenient when it is raining outside.
Nice and clean. Loved the Christmas decor!! The cleaning staff were attentive. Swimming pool was a hit for the kids!! Clean and plenty of clean towels.

The bathtub dripped all the time. water damage to the ceilings. DOGS! The people next to us and as Ross from us had dogs! They fought and barked most of the eve!

Didn't like the check in policy for your incidentals I had my chime credit card I was using and they said it did not allow that for an incidentals spoke to management when checking out and they said that I could have paid for my room with my chime credit card and I could have put the incident on a different car but that was not told to me at check in then ask for extra blanket and pillows and towels they said it was none left in the hotel and this is on the first day of arrival then the next day ask for towels they said they had to wait on housekeeping and Housekeeping did not come until after 9:30 a.m. asked if I could speak to a manager said it was no manager on duty for the weekend was not very pleased with that service

The room definitely could have been better. It was SUPER hot in the room upon arrival and the bathroom was dirty, and the room had an odor like wet socks. We turned the air on and changed to go back on the town. The shuttle provided by the hotel was TOP notch and made up for any lacking in other departments of the stay. When we returned the room was cooled off and the odor was not as strong, the heat made the stink worse no doubt!

I think all hotels and motels are getting way too expensive. If you are going to charge as much as you do than get your door locks fixed or replaced. This radiation has had this issue since Oct. We stayed 2 nights and had to switch rooms this isn't the 1st I've had to do that there. Also ant got all over everything. Also even roach motels serve free breakfast. Shopping center next door to drug city. Radisson is going to be like Sonesta or Motel 6 before too long.
