I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Piscataway-Somerset. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. What truly stood out was the food at the Fusion Restaurant. The menu featured a great variety of delicious dishes, each bursting with flavor, and the service was exceptional. Every meal was a highlight of my stay. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and an unforgettable dining experience.

United StatesThe staff was very nice and said we would be reimbursed for the rooms, although we haven't been.
The hotel was in disrepair. The pool was said to be heated and it was not. The whole reason we stayed here was to swim for my son's birthday and we were unable. The elevators weren't working correctly. The fire alarms went off forcing us outside in the freezing cold because the entry way ceiling collapsed. There was what looked like sewage water dumping out a pink on the side of the building. It was a disaster! I've reached out to the manager several times and he has not responded.

South AfricaFirstly I was over charged on arrival, I was told the difference will be refunded on check out, it's been 23 days still no refund,, secondly our debit card was charged again on the second night I was told someone made a mistake to charge our card, that all extra charges will be refunded on check out, I have contacted my bank numerous times, and they confirmed no refund from holiday inn. This is very disappointing and annoying. 23 days later after check out .I need this sorted out and all my refund paid back with immediate effect.

United StatesThey were in the middle of some heavy renovations, but instead of blocking those parts off they just kept them open for guests to walk through. There was a weird smell I can’t identify in the halls, and when we first got there they didn’t have any signs indicating direction to rooms on the 4th floor, so we just had to wander around and try to figure it out ourselves.
The rooms were quite clean.
