Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

For a handicap accessible room, it was not set up well: bathroom door opened the wrong way. no light switch at the entry door. TV remote did not turn TV on/off--just changed channels. no USB charging place
I have 2 dogs and it was helpful to be able to park near an exit door.

Place needs a little bit of TLC, numerous cosmetic flaws in the room

Parts of the hotel room look older, but didn’t affect the stay; the chain lock didn’t work in our room, but the deadbolt was fine.
Good location, just off the highway and close to a number of fast food restaurants and a gas station; breakfast was decent for a budget hotel: microwave your own egg/sausage muffins, cold cereal, porridge packages, waffles, danish, mini bagels, muffins, juice, apples, oranges; breakfast room was lovely; lobby and hallways were spotless and nicely decorated; room was clean; parking lot was well lit; pool area looked really nice although we didn’t get to use it. Front desk thought the wifi wouldn’t work as they were having trouble with it, but we signed in fine, although it was a little slow at times.

nothing open in the area for late dinner/food (checked in at midnight, traveling) floor was dirty, after my shower just walking from the bathroom to my clothes (30 feet) turned my foot soles black. bed wasn't great. exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, so smells and steam stay in the room. overall, outdated property

The rooms were kind of far apart had to go quite a ways to get to my room up on third floor. Elevators were fine, but just didn’t like that I my room was so far away from my car.
It was so much better than Motel 6, but still a little old-fashioned or kind of dusty dirty

For such a big hotel the breakfast was disappointing. Make your own waffles was about it. Staff were odd, I don't want to accuse anyone of being on drugs but..
Really big pool and decent fitness room. Room was clean. Nice bathroom.

Not enough blankets. I was cold - even with the heat on in August! I think just the flat sheet with the thin quilt isn't enough.
Safe, clean, comfy - all you need! And the breakfast was large and great!

Bottom 2 floor Ice Machines weren't working. Over Night front desk lady had attitude in the morning. Bed too soft.
Evening front desk lady went above expectations. Had Tornado Warning happening and she was telling those that want to, to park under awning because of the Hail that was expected. She opened doors for those with full hands. The bottom 2 floor Ice Machines didn't work so she ran up to the 3rd floor and got some for me.

I wish the pool would have been working the night that we stayed but I understand sometimes that happens. The ice situation was a little stressful for my husband but otherwise it was very very nice day
Matt at front desk was fantastic. We have problems with the ice machine so he found one that worked for us. We had a breakdown in our vehicle and he called all over trying to find us someone who could jump start the vehicle and then he worked with the area of businesses to find us a solution

The staff were not the friendliest. We had trouble with the TV in our room, they had no clue how to fix it. There were 2 remotes, they had no clue how to get the cable on. We needed batteries for 1 remote so they suggested we just take the batteries out of the other remote and flip flop them every time we had to use the other remote. Too much work to find more batteries I guess?? The breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve experienced. I think it would be in their best interest to just discontinue it.
It looks really old from the outside but it’s nicely decorated on the inside. It was clean, pool area looked nice.

It feels a little outdated like the Clarridge at Atlantic City The rooms are a little squeezed. The door in the bathroom has broken wood in the bottom and it opens right in the toilet and is hard to get out of the shower with the door open. If you wanna keep it open to Venne the small bathroom.
The pool was incredible. It wasn’t the middle of the hotel. Super nice pool with toys really incredible. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of good food a lot of selection.

As with most hotels, the breakfast was primarily carbs, not a good way for me to start my morning (I need protein). We opted to go elsewhere for our breakfast.
The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV and internet both worked fine. We both enjoyed a shower with adequate water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The property is very dated. Although it’s large, has an indoor pool it was in need of some repairs. My room did not have a functioning TV and the ceiling needed repairs from water damage. We could also hear the guests next door conversing. Bathroom was clean but needed some updates. Staff was very friendly.
Location was good. Near many restaurants.
