United KingdomBathroom was tiny. Walls are like paper and you can hear conversations from adjoining rooms, as well as the corridors. Was woken up by our neighbours and staff shouting down the hallways. Be warned if you book here and are looking to sleep early / sleep in.

Asked for a double queen & told sold out.When we left at about 8am, there were other 4 cars in the parking lot and it's a big place so I doubt they were sold out! Very loud quests that I think were having conversations across hallways with doors open as I kept hearing "close your doors ". Still at 11:30pm. Very small.

Held in an old abandoned restaurant. Your choice was waffles, cold cereal, muffins, and apples the size of pool balls. Had to leave and find a restaurant. On my next trip to Albert Lea I will not stay here.

United StatesWe were in room 127 Dec 1, 2024 check out Dec 2, 2024. Someone with a card key tried to enter our room after 10:00p. Our chain kept them from entering. We complained but no manager was available. Our room at the Ramada had 1 broken lamp, 3 and lamps which were missing light bulbs. The tub drain took 4 hours to let the water from one shower out. They opened the pool for a group to swim after hours and they played water basketball from 10-12:30a. We complained but no manager was available. They are supposed to call us that was over 5 hours ago.. The breakfast they tell you is in the restaurant, but it is not a restaurant breakfast but rather a simple continental breakfast which is fine, unless led to believe it is something else. The coffee lukewarm, the cereal stale, the waffle maker slow. No creamer available, limited napkins and plastic wear. We will not be returning to this hotel again. Helen Meissner

I had called in the morning to request a handicap room yet I had been assigned to a regular room on 2nd floor. the staff quickly made an adjustment of rooms. no cable so no TV, no regular coffee, the room was extremely cold-took shower to warm up and water backed up into shower basin, the chain on front door was broken. During the late evening there were very loud kids and a barking dog! Parking Lot has huge potholes, too! I feel that my stay should have been totally comp'd for all the issues I experienced. I have stayed at many Ramadas and none were this bad.

United StatesThe hotel used to be called "Heritage Hotel", I guess it was acquired and rebranded as a Ramada Inn, but definitely looks not just dated but decrepit. It was supposed to be a 2-star hotel, but I don't see how it could have any stars at all. The night clerk was loudly venting racist opinions about Chinese and other minorities which made us feel very uncomfortable. That is not hospitality.

United StatesI was expecting better for the breakfast. Seeing omelets and sausage links in sandwich bags turned me off from even wanting to eat them. I at a muffin and a very chewy granola bar. The apple juice was great.
The room and pricing was was decent for what I was looking for. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but all in all it was good. The room had a weird smell.
