United StatesFirst, the sheets on one bed were stained (very obvious). Second, bc the rooms do not have a/c on when you arrive, we spent most of the night sweating to death.. room never cooled down. 3rd, it was clear the room wasn’t properly cleaned.. one can still had trash in it. The table/counter the coffee maker was on was filthy. Had not been wiped down, was missing coffee cups. Luckily I had lysol wipes to wipe everything down bc I was disgusted by this room! Had it not been so late when we arrived (traveling back home-only stopped to sleep) I would’ve demanded my money back and left that hotel!! The rating booking has needs to be downgraded!

United Statesthe staff was completely incompetent. not only were they not friendly they had no clue on how to address any questions or concerns we had. a simple request to locate the laundry room was impossible. they messed up our payment transaction from day one. I had to request towels on a daily basis since we didn’t get housekeeping despite my direct request for it. I had to go ask for toilet paper on the second day bc our bathroom was not stocked. That same day I spoke with the housekeeper two different times in the hallway requesting service and she stated she will do our room. she did not. finally on the fourth day, Amber finally did get our room clean. the pool was nice early on in the week as it felt heated!! however soon after being in the pool room I noticed how dirty that too was. all week we noticed the same “messes” laying in the same spot. nothing seemed to be cleared on a daily basis let alone regularly. the dirt on the bottom of the pool was disgusting and the clumps of HAIR laying on the side of the pool then IN the pool was absolutely disgusting. picture added below. pool time for us ended. the Wi-Fi was horrible. I had better service disconnecting from the Wi-Fi actually. towards the end of the week even the toaster in the continental breakfast stopped working. the volume on the tv didn’t work. some of this may seem minuscule but you rent a room for a week you’d expect the basic necessities to be met. I know I do!!

United StatesFound an M&M on the floor so apparently room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Not a big deal normally but it was my tiny shihpoo puppy that found it. That could have been a dangerous situation if we didn't see her licking it and grabbed it away before she ate it as chocolate is dangerous to dogs.
Amber at the front desk was super nice and made our check in very easy.

United StatesBeds are very uncomfortable. Bathroom super tiny. Blood stains on shower curtain. Tears in sheets. Room hadn't been dusted, swept, or mopped for a very long time. Nowhere to charge a phone with a USB port. As soon as we got to our room we had to ask for TP and tissue, both empty upon entering. Cutting housekeeping staff are not doing any hotel any favors. There was only one young guy that we could find anywhere cleaning rooms. Only breakfast choices were cereal and boiled eggs if they were not out, and yogurt. The hotel is very outdated. It served its purpose, and that is all. We will never come back. Woke up with a backache for 3 mornings, then had to go elsewhere for breakfast. I will gladly pay the extra $25 per night to stay in a newer modern hotel across the street. We were not impressed.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby and floors looked great but far different than the room.

United StatesDead flys in the window tracks. Appearance of lower level rooms from the exterior by the back entrance was sketchy. Drapes at that level appeared to be falling apart.
Some updates have been done with laminate flooring in halls and rooms. comfortable beds and nice towels.

United Statesbreakfast was not great the pancake maker was broken…..our window leaked air bad so the room was extremely cold and the heat in the bathroom did not work at all so going from a cold hockey arena and wanting a warm shower didn’t work well as the bathroom was just as cold as outside due to it being on an outside wall did see a few broken windows in the building but it also looks like they may be in the middle of doing some work in it
