The room was ok for the price we pay, walmart was on walking distance so that is a big plus, it was a great place to stay, I even asked for 1 extra hour for the check out and they were so nice.

Although we reserved seats on the free disney shuttle, not everyone was guaranteed a seat. Some had to stand on the aisle. But it wasn't too bad because the ride was only 15 minutes.

The hotel was clean and comfortable - the listing was accurate and the free Disney shuttle was a big plus!

Didn't like that we only had on bath rag and the tv remote didn't want to work and it was only eight channels to watch

Room was outdated. Air vents were filthy. Bed springs squeaked every time you moved. Carpets were ripped at the edges. Dryers in laundry room were jammed with lint and did not dry clothes due to the blockage. Fire waiting to happen right there. Coming back from Orlando each night we had to turn past the hotel each time drive down a road into a Walmart parking lot to turn around to get to the hotel since it was on the opposite side of the highway and no turning lanes directly into the hotel.

The outside grounds were up kept. Plants were cute. Sprinkler has a loud screech when on. Def looks a lot cleaner in the pictures. This is a run down hotel that they bought out and only changed the beds in. The carpets had water spots (I’m hoping) all over. Couch peeling leather. Original bathroom and facilities. Very basic and overpriced I feel for what you get. Very large property with no directions once you get out in between the buildings. I asked several people for help to find our room and everyone pretended to not hear me until finally a nice gentleman helped me.

So here’s my 2 cents :) This property is probably the most reasonable in this area - by far! It’s not a new property. It’s older. A bit tired. However, you’re paying 1/2 price (or more) from other hotels in the area. We made our decision at the last minute. Saved $170.00 PER NIGHT from the other hotel we were considering. That’s a lot of money saved to pay for food and fun!! :) It’s not perfect, but it’s clean, safe, free parking, with a nice little garden / pool area. Our rate included breakfast. I read a lot of reviews from people complaining about the breakfast buffet. Why? It’s as good as any other hotel breakfast. SMH. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Fresh fruit. Pastries. Cereal. Honestly people … what do you expect? It was perfectly fine! And they serve until 11:00 am. That’s awesome! All in all, if you need an economical choice, it’s fine. If you want a fancier place, it’s going to cost 2-3 times what we paid. I would definitely stay there again for short stays. Staff was kind. Security was also helpful with a heavy bag. I’m ex airline staff. Traveled around the world for 30 years. I’ve stayed in every place imaginable. It definately needs a complete refresh, but it’s ok if you’re on a budget :)

The room is pretty outdated with carpet past it's prime, and it was visually not that clean. The bathroom faucet was very loose and felt like it would fall off if not careful. Dimmer switch in room was rigged with a knob that was hard to work, and NO plugs anywhere near the bed for charging phones beside. Many of the other outlets wouldn't hold the charging plugs for some reason, they would fall out of the wall?? Large gap under the door where critters could get in - we placed a towel there.

The room faced the pool, which was nice, and was right near the dog potty spot for the hotel. We were close to the Disney parks which was the reason for our trip. The staff were all very professional, and attentive.

1. Clean room 2. Neat amenities - coffee, toiletries, heated pool, kid friendly with movie night every night, games & activities available 3. Close proximity to Disney theme parks with free shuttle service 4. Super friendly and helpful staff (Cheryl was an absolute treasure).
